First of all, I used to hold IPAC in high regards. I have previously purchased several vehicles from here and never had any problems. BUT... In Jan 2023 I went to Ingram Park Mazda to test drive a vehicle that I had seen online. The car was advertised for $15,591. I was approved with my bank for $15,000. My plan was to negotiate down to $15k or just pay the difference because I liked the car. Upon my arrival the price was quickly increased after my salesman *** advised a sales manager that I had bank financing. Now the price was increased to over $18,000 for tires and a paint care package that was allegedly performed on the car. So I leave the dealership because I had a better deal elsewhere. After leaving, I get multiple calls from *** my salesman, who stated that they are were going to come down on price. So I go back to dealership and now price is $16,000. I agreed to this price. Sales manager says that I have to finish signing papers with finance **** in the morning since by now its about 10pm. Although I already had financing, my plan was to finance car with IPAC and just refinance car with my bank. So I come back the next few days trying to catch the guy in the finance ****. And It was about a week before I'm able to catch the guy. And instead of completing the signing he simply hands me a envelope of papers including a unsigned contract that states the car's final sale price is almost $24,000 (with a *****% interest rate that's $39,803 total). After seeing this I left that car at the dealership without signing the contract. I later found out that the dealership forged/stolen/misused my e-signature on the loan documents and sent them to the finance company. So now I have a repossession on my credit report. So buyers beware don't sign nothing at this "STEALERSHIP". I'm currently filing a law suit and going through every channel to expose this BS.

please if you need any service of your car do not go to this part mechanics don't know how to do their job It's been 2 times that I go to that place and they always come out with something extra the first time I passed it by because we are human and we are not perfect but this second time it was the last I took my car because the check engine light was on and very kindly they told me that they were going to charge me 150 dlls to check it and see what the car had Total after 3 days they spoke to me and told me what I had I accepted that they order the 2 pieces and that they put them there everything was fine the surprise was when they put it the mechanic says that if the light went out but when I drive it to check it he turned on the check engine light again, they checked it again and now it was another piece that needed, of course, it is extra, how am I going to know if those mechanics broke it down, if they are giving me an estimate, they must respect what they are saying and I am not him The only thing that has happened to him here in these same reviews I read that many people have done the same thing. the mechanic is called ***** and the manager does not know how to serve customers I had to pay 800 dlls more than I didn't even have to pay them but there is karma I just want no one else to be scammed by these people like any company for a few employees, the other people no longer trust
