    purchased 2021 ****** Outback online. Posted price was $34,800. When I wanted to buy it, $1795 Selec Cert fee was added, plus $695 for Lojack. I didn't want either of them, Ultimately filed complaint with DMV and they wrote them a violation. Grubbs infiniti of SA are to refund me $1368.00 but they won't return my messages. I reached out to 5 different people there without response. The lack of response is why I filed with DMV as my tires needed to be replaced. Front tires were dry rotted - on a 2 year old vehicle. Clearly they had someone sign the inspection, then they changed the front tires. How else would a 2 year old, all wheel drive vehicle, with 23K miles have only worn out the front tires? No response. I need them to tell me where ****** is so I can remove it and return it to them. And they need to tell me when and how I will be paid the $1368.00

    ??????? I have been an Infiniti customer for a long timespecifically this dealership and over the last couple of months it seems to have slipped down a slippery slope in which they cannot seem to recover. I own a 2021 QX80, which is by no means a cheap vehicle. Within a two week time span my QX80 has went thru several events of not starting, causing me to contact Infiniti roadside and either get a jump or get towed to the dealership. The first incident I worked with a gentlemen named *** who is apparently no longer employed ******* insisted this was a one off type of situation and that it should not occur againbut here we are again with situation number two. I am currently sitting in the dealership waiting to see if my battery and alternator pass the testwhich Im sure they will as they passed last time but here we are. So my question is what ever happened to loyalty for being such a long time customer? What happened to just good old fashioned customer service? Does ********************** not realize the customer relationship is important? There are other brands of vehicle to be had around here, ones with better reputations and customer service skills. The fact that I am sitting in this dealership again for the second time in a week for the same issue is beyond unacceptable, and based off of this experience alone I wont be coming back to Infiniti as a brand or this dealership.
