I've been going to Vital Life wellness for over three years. Their customer service has recently been atrocious, and their disorganization is extremely unprofessional. They reschedule appointments on their own accord, appointments that require labs, and then cancel the labs. They want you to come in and pay another copay to get the same labs written up that they cancelled. When I finally decided to get another doctor, someone from their office called me with an attitude asking why and then hung up. Overall, the treatment was very below par, and they truly only want to push their "wellness check" so they can charge insurance companies insane amounts of money. I would recommend the workers get an attitude adjustment- especially when you are in fact working a customer service-based job.Review from Tony D

I've been a patient here for a couple years and was happy enough with my service. However, recently, the office has been unresponsive. I was billed for two visits that never took place. I can understand that - things happen. The lack of communication on correcting the issue has been beyond frustrating. I've called many times (each time waiting for 10, 20, or 30 minutes to talk to someone) and voiced my concern, but am told someone will reach out or that they are working to correct the issue. I've also used the portal which they shove down your throat to voice my same concern and there is no response.The issue, while minor paperwork to them, is of great impact to me because I switched insurance during this time frame so one of these non-visits is being billed to me at the full amount.I have no idea what to do next to get a response from Vital Life. Hopefully a review here will carry some weight.Review from Bryan M

I was a customer of this location for several years until today. **************** has worsened over time. I was unable to contact anyone by phone for 3 days (over 20mins each call) this week as it kept pushing me to use their difficult website. I was told I would get a call back from the week before for a refill request. Never received a phone call back. Was on hold for 20mins yesterday before I hung up with no inclination that anyone would answer the phone because the same mind-numbing annoying recording. Another 20mins I wasted today and Finally someone answered and I was told the refill wasnt going to be done until a dr visit. Really??? Horrible management. Dont waste your time here like I have. Im done.
