Ive been dealing with this company for three years now just about. Most of the staff that answer the phone are always . But they are really nice. ***** my attorney is very knowledgeable . I just wanted to say that when *** she answers the phone, she is so sweet to me. She sympathizes with my Disability. She makes me feel very positive when I get off the phone with her. We need more people like her in this world. Going on my second hearing and praying that this will be the last thing that I will get approved.

My attorney ************************* is getting $ ******* from me..I disagree with it. She gave the judge **** pages and a file he couldn't download. He reprimanded her and said next time do it to 2 to 500 pages so I can take a look at it. I've heard from her maybe three times through the whole part of this claim that I've put in. She is not called me back. She's not explaining anything to me. She just said yeah. It looks like it's going to be favorable in your in your way. I've not heard back from her again. I'm putting it a dispute in with the judge to see if I can limit the money she's going to be taking from me that I feel she's not earned.In my phone call to the judge he had to ask her after four times. Hello, are you there? Can you hear me hello hello and then she'd come on. She acts like she wasn't paying attention to my court case, not even the conversation that was going on that she was supposed to be included in.Not happy with paying her up to $*******Heard & Smith LLP Response

I signed with *********************************************** for a Request for Reconsideration in October 2022. I have only heard from them through their welcome package, and when I have called their office. No one has made an effort to reach out regarding the status of my case. I have sent *********************************************** multiple medical records that the ********************** has not received. *********************************************** has stated that legal assistants handle all the cases, and that no particular attorney has been assigned to my case. Their letter stated that it could take and average of 4-6 months for a decision to be issued. At this point, I will say that I have heard more from the ********************** than from ************************************************ On Wednesday, May 9, 2023, my wife spoke to a rep ******* at the ********************** who stated that pain management medical records (4 years of records) my wife sent to *********************************************** in November 2022 and again in March 2023 were not on my file. I sent the ********************** a hard copy of the pain management medical records and paid for tracking and weight of the package to make sure they received them. I am not sure why *********************************************** did not send these records. On Wednesday, May 31, 2023, my wife spoke to the person in charge of my case in ************* Services and she confirmed that the pain management records were received and the process that will follow after reviewing them. My wife and I are the ones advocating my case. I don't feel *********************************************** has done what they state they do for their clients.Review from Rodney G

WARNING: I hired a lawyer to represent me, who then hired another lawyer to handle my case. Unfortunately, the representation I received was inadequate, and the case ultimately fell apart. Despite the lawyers' promises of strong advocacy, the handling of my case was ineffective and unprofessional.I am disappointed with the outcome of my case and the quality of service I received from the law firm. I feel that my trust was misplaced and that the firm did not live up to its obligations to provide competent representation. Run away run far away from this law firm.Review from Rodney G

WARNING: The law firm lost my case and then dropped me as a client. Despite hiring them to represent me, they failed to win my case and ultimately decided to end their services. As a result, I was left without proper legal representation and had to seek help elsewhere. I do not recommend this law firm for anyone in need of reliable and effective legal assistance.RUN AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM.Heard & Smith LLP Response

Heard &Smith did nothing but sign me up for representation they never contacted me at all and I was call by someone from Ssi who ran across my file which had been sitting collecting dust for 8 months or so she felt for me and moved forward on my case getting me approved *********************************************** collected over 3000$ for doing nothingHeard & Smith LLP Response

We have been in contact with our client *********, and we believe we have reached a mutually agreeable resolution to this matter. This review is not typical for clients we represent. Our job at *********************************************** is to work with our clients to help them get the disability benefits they deserve and are entitled to. Despite our best efforts everyone we help does not get benefits. The ****************************** makes the decisions in these cases and decides who is entitled to disability benefits and who is not. We spend hundreds of dollars on every client we represent, and more than a thousand on many client's cases, and we never get a dollar back unless that client wins. Most of our clients appreciate how we are there for them all the way through this disability application to hearing process. And most of our clients are very happy with our representation, even many reasonable people that do not win their benefits.
