Carabin Shaw started out great with our case but they started dropping the ball big time. Poor communication, failure to return messages and not keeping promises. Big wast of our time.From what I have learned about the company is they primary concerned is with volume not with quality. If they have to get there hands dirty and actually fight for you they will tell if you, if want to quit I will not stand in your way.For four months after starting our relationship with them we still know how much our case was worth. They dont give regular updates. You have to contact them with questions and they may or may not respond. They didnt do investigative work on our case with the body shop.They made big promises about using their Ortho doctors to help write favorable reports for their clients but when the case get started they ask our you happy with your Ortho doctor? If yes, then stay with them Even after I wrote a letter asking to be released from their legal services I received no response. I tried on several occasions to improve the relationship by letting them know that I was not happy with there work. They ignore my requests.Dont trust them!
