They look great on paper, but their execution is very poor. The do not stand behind their work. There are much better choices in landscapers in the *********** area. I would never use them again.

This company claims to service areas outside of *********** but they charge one hour of service time each direction for driving to the Canyon Lake area. I had a simple sprinkler wire problem diagnosed by their technician. Rather than running the wire underground less than 10 feet from the controller to the valve box, he strung an external wire and said he would need to come back later to do the job correctly. The complete fix could have been accomplished in an hour or less time with no additional parts or tools required. Texas Allied Landscape then billed me $397.00 for the temporary fix. The billed driving time was $265 of the total $397. To have the problem properly fixed, I would have to pay the technician to come back out with another $265 of driving time. Their front office confirmed that I would again be charged the supposed two hours of driving time. Assuming the more permanent fix would take one hour, the total cost of this sprinkler repair involving running a wire about 10 feet would be $795 of which $530.00 is driving charges. Their office is 25 miles and 45 minutes driving time from my home. This is quite simply price gouging of the customer. I have service contractors come to my home all the time from ***********. I have never paid more than $75.00 travel charges and that fee is usually removed if they do the work.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I had a pool installed last year and at the recommendation of my builder, I hired this company to disconnect and cap my system where digging would take place. The guy that came out said when we're ready to reconnect, all he had to do was connect a couple wires and energize the rest of the motors that were still connected. I called Texas Allied (Sisco) back out to make the reconnection and ***********************, their ** of Sale and Marketing quoted me nearly $3500. He sent the technician back out when I told him what I had been told. The technician came out and said he would have the office get me on the schedule. 3 weeks later when I called about status, the lady that answered the phone told me that the technician can't overrule the ** of the company.

Our landscaping is just as I imagined, fabulous. Everyone was very professional and such hard workers. The drawings really came to life. But only after days of labor intense rock and native undergrowth removal and then ground prep. They addressed our drainage problems with a beautifully finished area. Repaired our waterfall rock area. Sisco Irrigation quickly added the proper irrigation for our new areas.They were so accommodating in our additional projects and changes. Everyone greeted us daily with a friendly and happy attitude. Thank you to all that gave us the amazing landscape design that we love to show off to our friends and neighbors.
