      I paid this company $1,500+ on March 15 2022 (Invoice #*****) to have a *BRAND NEW* sprinkler control unit installed, along with a half dozen new nozzles, and for brand new drip line to be run all across my yard into my new planters. As of August 24 2022, my sprinkler system does not turn on and does not function at all.I called the office and spoke with ****** on Aug 23; she informed me that there was only a "4 month" warranty on my system and that she would call me back. She never called me back. I had to repeatedly call their office to get a response and when I finally did, she says:"My manager sent me a copy of the invoice just a while ago. The warranty was for 90 days and that has expired. We would not be able to cover the repairs under warranty." Funny, because I'm holding my original estimate & original invoice and it makes no explicit mention of warranty.I will be filing a formal complaint with the ************************************ today. See you in court.If I was a potential customer reading this, I would definitely *AVOID* hire this company because I can assure you they won't be around much longer.

      Sprinkler system was scheduled to be repaired the Thursday of this week prior to customer submitting this report. Sprinkler system has since been fixed and is in good working order. Customer was satisfied with the outcome. I attempted to make contact myself with customer after repairs were performed by **************, but was unable to get a response via phone call or gate code access. Problem has been resolved.

      I **ntacted Superior *************************** Services to help diagnose why my sprinkler heads didn't have any water pressure and to tell me why there was water puddling after sprinklers turned on. This ** was selected based on their positive reviews. 5/19/22 Initial call to get details about there services and fees 5/26/22 Call back to schedule a diagnostic review to fix my system 5/31/22 Technician Manny inspected the property, He turned on the sprinkers & dug around the yard. After approx 2 hours he said the ground was too wet to **ntinue working on it & would **me back day after his boss - Ja**b came by. I paid $55 for the service fee and $60 to repair 2 heads for a total of $115. 6/1/22 9am appointment with owner Ja**b to give me a quote on a new system. Ja**b called 8:20am & left vmx that he would be by after ****. Ja**b was a No Show. I can provide vmx script if needed.6/2/22 2nd subsequent scheduled appt with Manny. He was a No Show and no call to inform After the no call no shows, I have been trying to **ntact the **mpany to get my service fee back. This **mpany would not answer my calls or call me back for 2 wks.I called them on the following days & left vmx's. I have saved voice msgs from the owner Ja**b, I have my call logs documented by my cell **. and I also have camera's to prove that these people never came by. 6/9/22 called six times ********** and left vmx's 6/10/22 called ********** and left vmx 6/16/22 called ********** and left two vmx 6/17/22 called ********** and left vmx 6/20/22 called ********** and left vmx 6/21/22 called ********** and left vmx 6/22/22 called ********** and left vmx 6/22/22 ****** scheduling worker called me back to let m know they would not refund me because their tech did **me by and fix 2 heads. I explain thats not what I asked and she reiterated they would not refund me. I am requesting help getting my $55 service fee. ****** appeared to disclose details about the service that was not initially disclosed.
