From 3/24/25 to 6/10/25, I have attempted to confirm whether my two trash were picked up from a townhouse that moved out of without success. Numerous calls and emails were made to customer service and it all seemed like a joke to them. Specifically, Tiger sanitation company has failed to pick up my trash cans which includes the trash bin and recycling bin but they are charging me for not returning them. I made a request about a week before relocating to another state. Its all documented. But, they are still charging me. I receive the run around each time I request information on the status of the trash bin pickup.They are always very rude and unprofessional. Please assist me in recovery of my funds and a final bill that does not include the trash bins nor late fees because I was diligent to call in advance in March for a pickup. On 12 Jun 2025, tiger waste employees did not pick up my trash. This is the 3rd time in 9 months. I called to resolve the issue and attempt to have someone come pick it up today. I put the trash on the curb like they instruct customers to do. They informed me that a vehicle may have been blocking it. Vehicles are allowed to park ******** in the neighborhood. Instead of maneuvering the trash bin (which has wheels) to a position they can grab it, they just pass it by. The customer service representative said it would have to wait until next week. The residents can't control parking on the street. If the tiger employees are incapable of moving the bins to not damage legally parked vehicles, then not be able to return for a week, customers must be compensated in some manner. If the instructions were followed and the service wasn't provided, and customers have to pay quarterly, it is a scam.Additionally, they have thrown the entire trash bin away and have not brought the replacement for days.Business Response

Vehicles that are parked with 3ft of the cart present a safety hazard, that our automated side loaders can damage while servicing the cart. If there is any item, not just vehicles we will not service the cart. Going forward please make sure your cart is not within 3 ft of any item or it will not get serviced. I am rejecting this response because: This complaint is primarily for future customers. A three week advance would not be beneficial since I will be leaving in 1 month due to military orders and I just paid for three months (no pro-rate available per customer service rep).If a customer puts their bin out and nothing is within 3 feet and the customer leaves for work, then someone parks 3 feet from the bin (where they are legally aloud to park) the customer cannot prevent it. The ******************** employees should move the bin to provide the service the customer paid for. The customer cannot control where people park on the curb and it would be unreasonable for the customer to monitor their bin until it is picked up to ensure no one parks near it.

I will provide one month of credit of credit due to the inconvenience. Please provide your address for the credit. If someone is parking in a spot where you put your cart and the driver has to get out of his truck to move that also presents a safety hazard for the driver to get out of his truck. Also someone parking next to the cart is something out of Tiger's control and then the liability of damaging what ever item is near the cart presented. The is our policy for all our services. If there is a safety or liability hazard , we will not service.

Tiger Sanitation is the business we are contracted with for our waste pick-up at our residence. Pick-up was scheduled for 05/14/25. However, our trash was not picked up in its entirety. Bags were still left in our bin after the truck stopped on our street. Tiger Sanitation only schedules trash pick-up once a week for our subdivision. Any trash that they do not pick up causes an overaccumulation of trash until the next pickup. We contacted the business office right away after noticing that not all of the trash was picked up. We were told to leave our trash can out the next day and our address would be on the list for pickup on 05/15/25. Our homeowners' association sent us a violation notice for leaving our trash can out after pickup day. We contacted the business office again to get an *** on when our trash would be picked up. The operations manager said that our trash would not be picked up today and we would have to wait for next week on our scheduled pick-up day. The operations manager lied and did not honor the arrangement of picking up our trash the following day. They did not pick up the trash in its entirety, but we are still paying them the same rate for work that has not been done. We have had several incidents with Tiger sanitation in the past for not picking up trash in its entirety or even at all. Whenever we contact them about not picking up our trash, they take no accountability and do not try to resolve the issue. Instead, they blame us for their incompetence and completely lie about the situation.Business Response

I can definitely understand how frustrating that can be when one thing is said and not completed. We do need to know each time you are missed so we can enter a missed pickup work order or give you credit for the missed week of service. I will issue a credit to your account for the missed week of service, also will enter a courtesy work order to do a full clean up on your next service day. You can put your Tiger cart out along with 4 bags on the side and we will service that to take care of what was missed.

We received our residential 3 month bill from Tiger Sanitation on Jan 1, 2025 (uploaded). We paid the bill automatically on Jan 2 *********************** the amount of $72.72 (uploaded). The bill covers the period of Feb 1 through Apr 30 2025, three months of service.On Jan 15 2025, Tiger Sanitation further reduced their sanitation service (uploaded) without a reduction in price. Previous reductions in Tiger's service included no longer picking up glass in recycling and reducing recycling pickup from every week to every other week. I contacted Tiger Sanitation by telephone on Jan 15 2025, the same day as receiving their reduction in service notification, requesting to end our service due to their latest reduction. Tiger agreed to continue service through month of Jan 2025, two more pick *** on Jan 21 and Jan 28. Their last pick would be on Jan 28, 2025, and they would collect both garbage and recycling cans on that day. Tiger agreed to waive the return/cleaning fees they instituted a year previous without notifying existing customers and agreed to refund the full $72.72 for the months of Feb, Mar, Apr within a reasonable amount of time after their last service pickup on Jan 28 ******* of today, Feb 20 2025, Tiger has not refunded any of our $72.72 payment for Feb, Mar, Apr 2025. I contacted Tiger today by phone and was told they would not be refunding any money back onto the credit card. I told them I would be submitting a complaint through the BBB.We have been a Tiger customer for over 7 years, paid our bill in advance each quarter and paid our bill in advance again on Jan 2 2025 for Feb, Mar, Apr 2025. Tiger picked up both my cans and now they are refusing to refund any of the money that I paid to them for future service in Feb, Mar, Apr 2025.I am requesting a full refund of the $72.72 paid on Jan 2 for services they did not render in Feb, Mar, Apr 2025.Business Response

I do understand how this type of issue can be confusing. I do see where we did issue a credit on 2/21/25 for the cart removal fees. There was a credit of $22.72 along with the cart removal fees of $50.00 which totaled *****. We would of issued a refund but then we received a charge back from your bank of $***** so that assumed the credit you had on your account, so now your balance is $0 and the account is closed.

My requested service start date was 2/25/2025 but instead they called me on 2/25/25 to state that my mother owed a past due balance with them, which I was listed as an authorized user on. They stated that because I was listed, I would have to pay that balance before I could get service with them. When I explained that I was only listed so that I could call on her behalf and I did not agree to any financial responsibility, they said "Yeah, that's more of "in house" knowledge". They wouldn't even return the initial payment required for service on my account because they stated they were going to apply it towards my mother's account balance. Forcing me to pay someone else's balance is not only unjust but fundamentally unethical. It is an abuse of power disregarding both personal responsibility and fairness. This practice undermines basic moral principles and trust, effectively punishing an innocent party for obligations that are not theirs. It feels exploitative coercive and deeply wrong--no ethical business should operate this way. This is not just an administrative error; it is a deliberate act of forcing financial responsibility on someone who has no legal or moral obligation to bear it. I do understand how this can be confusing. Any names that are listed on the account would be responsible for any balance that is owed on the account. I do see notes on the account that documentation was asked to be provided to show that you were living at a different address. If that is provided, we can take your name off of that balance. So as of right now the balance would remain due and any payments you make to Tiger you would go towards that balance. I do also see that we received a charge back from your back so that initial payment you made on 2/24/25 was refunded by your bank on 3/19/25. Again we can definitely help you with removing your name off of the bad debt account as soon as you provide paperwork to show what was requested.

Our entire neighborhood and ***, ****************, cancelled service with Tiger Sanitation to end at the end of August 2024. I called and emailed to confirm that my account was paid in full and that I would no longer be charged. I also confirmed when Tiger would pickup the trash bins and recycle bin. Several Months later, after Tiger collected the trash bins and recycle bins, I recieve a bill stating I am 2 months behind and being charged for the bins. They are well aware of the cancellation and I have email Confirmation. They collected the trash and recycle bins. I would give 0 stars if I could. This company is a fraud. The drivers frequently miss our 2 large brown cans on the street. It has been 1-2 times a month and we only get 4 pick *** a month. I spend $180 every 3 months for 2 cans and we get skipped nearly 1/2 the time. I was going out of town Friday and they missed us again Thursday. Since I had more garbage I needed to put out I called and complained. I didn't want to leave town with bags of garbage in the house. They said put the extra bags out and they would be here Friday. When I left town around 3 Friday I called again and said they still weren't there and I was told the garbage men marked my house as done Thursday. At this point a supervisor still has not called me back. Now it's Monday and they can't get out here til Tuesday. Still no supervisor. Now I am getting married in a couple days and my family is starting to come into town tomorrow. Lucky me I get to host family with garbage and ants all over the property since the neighborhood dogs, and other wildlife have now ripped through the bags overflowing from the cans. I can't wait til the *** fines me that will be fun. Thanks for ruining my wedding week and stressing me out more. Y'all do yourselves a favor and stay far away from this company.Business Response

Tiger Sanitation has now multiple times not picked up our trash for weeks on end. When you are able to reach a person nothing is unfortunately resolved. You just pretty much have to wait for them to finally pick up. Could be weeks or a month. The drivers skip our road and then lie about our trashes not being out even when we have proof they were. My problem is my recycle bin was not fix even though I called about it 3 weeks ago. I called the business on several occasions and was told to put bin out 4 times and it was never fixed. In addition to that my trash was not picked up at all this week. No explanation except put trash out again. And it will be picked up. It is an entire neighborhood of trash. In 100 plus weather which is very unhealthy and unsanitary to everyone involved. This is sad and unacceptable for all.Business Response
