February 7, 2023 Pertaining to :Porter Loring ****************************************************************** ************ To Whom It May ********** family and I are writing today to notify you of the despairing, sorrowful, and disheartening customer service my ********************** and I received during and after our dear mother, ************************, funeral services on January 18th and January 19th, 2023, from Porter Loring Funeral Home. I have attached supporting documentation.Business response

First off please accept my sincere apologies for the lack of customer service and compassion you and your family received after the passing of your mother. Please know I take this very seriously and take everything personally. Porter Lorings foundation is about taking care of every family we serve so it disheartens me we did not do this for you and your family.
After receiving your complaints by email that we received first thing Wednesday, February 8th when we arrived back to our desks,our Vice President of Operations, ***************************, began her investigation into what occurred. Thank you (and your sister) for taking the time to speak with her yesterday for further explanation of the events detailed in your letter. Please know ******* has kept me atoned to both of your conversations and those with my team members who were involved. ******* had asked your sister if she may get back to you both today, February 9th, as soon as she obtains answers to your questions. We will be calling you both today. And again, from the bottom of my heart, I am so sorry for the lack of service and empathy you and your family were given.
