Overall, very happy with the work that ******** and his crew did from Risen Foundation Solutions. I was very stressed and he helped me with a lot of questions I had and helped ease my mind. The holes they dug were not that wide but went down deep and they were very clean with the whole process. Project took 2 days.Review from Joseph M

Estimator and site crew were responsive to our foundation issues. Warranty requests are where the issues arise. Multiple phone calls and missed appointments should be expected.

Absolutely great guys to work with. Would 100% recommend. The crew came out and hit the ground running. Took 3 days to level house and couldn't be more satisfied with the product. *** and ********* were great to work with. Their on-site crew did an excellent job. Very pleased with the efficiency of the work. They took care when moving some things that were in the way. On the final day it was raining so it was a bit muddy and they took the time to rinse off the mud from our driveway before they left. I have had a wonderful working relationship with the team at RISEN. They were the company that came to our house and did a no cost estimate of the foundation when I bought my house. They recommended work to be done, but that it could be bought without it. So I passed on spending additional money and didn't get any work done at the time.When it later seemed like I was experiencing foundation issues, they came back and gave multiple estimates, for different levels of work. At this point, I didn't want to go on the cheap, and got the full work done. They were professionals throughout the process and was always available for a consultation on what was going on.
