Doesnt pay his workers and gives the run around for days!

A job that should of took 2 weeks turned into 3 months and I finally gave up after paying almost $1700 to this a*****. I was taken advantage of, dealt with the inconvenience and delay in other work in my home that needed to get done because of him. After paying the down payment to get me on this so-called schedule they showed up to demolish the bathroom and after that it was h*** They broke a pipe and had water everywhere, these people arent even licensed like you think they are. Very inconsistent, lack of communication, kept promising work was going to be done this day and never was. He had the nerve to ask for another $300 to hire a contractor to finish the work since apparently he was short staff and all he did was run with the money. I am in the process of filing a small claim and taking him to court and as I can see I am not the first person he has done this to. I had to hire another contractor to finish the job and pay additional money so that they can fix the s***** plumbing job they did. I believe in Karma and his time will come for ripping people off.

My name is ***************************** I hired Bexar County Floors to tile my bathroom floor. **** and his crew did a beautiful job. I am so pleased and happy. This young man went all out to please me with the tile I wanted and laid the tile the way I wanted. He was very pleasant and kind and I was pleased to have his company work in my home. He also showed professionalism, and made sure that the work was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I will use this company again. If anyone needs beautiful flooring and outstanding workmanship I recommend Bexar County Floors.

CONSUMER BEWARE!!!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.....This company is owned and operated by ******************* who in my opinion if his lips are moving he is not telling the truth. He was to install 825 sq ft of LVP that I purchased as well as install a backsplash that I purchased. On June 20th, he stated it would be done in 4 days, well 3 weeks later he has had to remove all the flooring, shoe mold and backsplash that I as the consumer purchased due to poor installation by ********* crew. He agreed to re-install at his cost however it has not cost him a dime for materials. Yes he sent me $300 yesterday to put towards the new LVP but that's what I had overpaid him. He was to drop off 24 16' pieces of shoe mold and 3 1/2 boxes of tile this morning once again he did not follow through with his commitment. Not to mention his employee was to come back today to complete re-installing the floor that was damaged by him. I have hired another company to install the backsplash and shoe mold because we agreed that would be best for me.READ the reviews about this company before you hire him or his company. I wish I would have just googled Bexar County Floors. There are owners out there who take pride in their work and respect the customers time. The disruption he has caused in us moving into our new home is beyond belief. We have taken 4 days off work to accommodate him and again he is a no show. I have continued to bring these concerns to his attention but he has continued to tell me what I want to hear and avoid my calls/texts. BEST ADVISE IS TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

On 03-31-21 I signed a contract with **** ***** to do my bathroom for 1500.00. Eloy's employees started to demolish my bathroom, then the work stopped. **** finally showed up only to ask for more money. I advanced him 700.00 against my better judgement. 3 days later he shows up with a subcontracted and he wants another 700.00 to finish my bathroom. The subcontractor started by using a jackhammer to break up the cement floor in the shower area. Came back the next day to put in the pvc piping. I was totally dissatisfied in his work and asked him to redo the pvc piping. The contractor complied. At the end of the day he took his tools home and never saw him again. I complained to **** and as usual **** never complied in finishing my bathroom. He always gave me his word which was worthless because he always broke it. I finally told him that I had hired another contractor. I lost 860.00 and had to pay my new contractor 2,300 to finish my bathroom."

It started out good, but after over 4 months he never finished the job and ran off with my money. He constantly lied about getting items that he never did. He said someone will be on Saturday and after wasting the whole day waiting no showed up. His communication was absolutely terrible. You call or text and it would take hours before he responded. I even ended paying for all the supplies and still no shows. I paid for disposal and I had to figure out how to get rid of the old flooring. I ended up hiring someone else to finish the job he started. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!!! He will take your money and never complete the work
