I am having a rebuild done through 911 restoration.I was given a full estimate for $8,929.62 for a rebuild which includes replacing ALL the down stairs wooden floors and repairing some walls/baseboards that were removed due to a small flood.Team came out and only replaced what was damaged, not the full estimate I was provided.Manager ***** came and stated since the insurance company wasn't fully cooperating he would accept the amount the insurance company did pay for the rebuild and everything would be fine. This amount is total 6,590.00.I issued the check but that night and later realized that is not the correct payment he should have charged me and cancelled the check.I went through the estimate and emailed him a detailed list of services that were not done and inquired why he charged me for services that were not done.He responded via email stating this is why he hadn't cashed the check yet and he would go over everything and get back to me.The following day he called me and stated $6000 was acceptable for payment.I responded stating I would only be paying for services that were provided in the rebuild and we ended the call.He came and measured the flooring of what was not done.He provided an estimate via email for ******** on 10/14/21 which still had multiple charges for services not completed.I retorted with another detailed email of what hadn't been completed. He provided another estimate via email for 5,292,95 on 10/18/21 which still include services not completed.Besides the consistent incorrect charging of services not being done, some of the work that was done has been done incorrectly (Specifically the rebuilt walls that weren't sanded correctly and some with bends in them due to lack of completing the full job).Business response

Good afternoon ******,
************************** is correct about the flooring but we did remedy this by fixing the estimate so it would reflect. I sent this estimate to ************************** on November 2nd and I have attached said estimate, so you can see if it matches the number that was given to you. I also have all the correspondence with ************************** in which we state this and have apologized profusely. We understand certain work was added that was not completed, so we fixed it. All we would like is to be paid for the work we did complete.

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because:
I have requested that the other party redo the measurements and send an updated estimate. It's apparent the measurements are inaccurate although he is assuring they are. Co home owner stated when he came by to measure the first time he hadn't even measured the work they had done, just the work they hadn't done.
Regards,
