*********************** Is arrogant and smug, I'm standing in there place of business with a check in hand, ask about the contract that stated Customer must obtain a permit For the job. At out initial meeting I told ******* that Hollywood park does not let the residents file for permits, It must be the contractor. I went into the office to get a better understanding why they would put this on my contract i explained to them, i am not signing a contract that doesn't have the proper wordage. ******* gave me a smug look and said three weeks prior that he did a job in hollywood park and customer file for permits. This is a blatant lie to my face i've lived in hollywood park long enough to know you can't file your own permits when a contractor is doing the job. I told him it was simple call Hollywood Park permits or go online and download the paperwork as they request. Again he gave me a smug look and said I'll get to it don't do anything tell i get back with you.There's nothing for me to do i'm standing there with a check he could have simply made a phone call. This is a person that does not want business, with this kind of attitude its no wonder they are getting bad reviews.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! If you value your hard earned money, DO NOT CONTRACT "quality fence and welding". I contracted for a "new fence" on two sides of my home. What I was left with is a piece of poop. Charlie could not give a date to start then it was set overnight. Did not ask what I wanted and hired to other guys to do it for them. 18 cracked boards were replaced after install and others still need to be replaced. They refused to clear the old concrete and the "fence" was placed over it. They dismantled/tore down the old fend and piled the old fend on my tree. The metal post were placed uneven and the concrete was not mixed prior to placing the poles in. The wood and materials are of low quality and look like a pile of rejected, cracked nasty wood. I lost a week of work because Charlie only works M - F and will not work with you. No apology was every stated from Charlie. His worker verbally insulted and mocked my religion on HOLY FRIDAY and shows up exposing his plumbers crack while hacking almost falling down. Charlie talks down to you and thinks one does not know anything about fence building or wood work. Charlie, "quality fence and welding" nerve apologized, never offered a discount, never offered a refund of any amount. "quality fence and welding" left a pile of garbage. One side starts lined up with the old fence and ends 3 1/2 inches off the ground. A floating fence. They left one corner totally screwed up which will result in a mess with the neighbor since it is my post they did not replace. They took my hard earned money insulted and mocked my religion and treated my nasty and left a pile of crap. All their work is documented and photographed, before, during and after. The ugliest nastiest company if have ever experienced. In order to correct this would have to be to tare down everything and redo the job proper. "QUALITY" IS NOT PART OF THIS COMPANY. A PIECE OF CRAP.
