I saw **************** on November 14, 2022 at the Alamo Maxillofascial Surgical Associates, ** office for a TMJ evauluation(2nd opinion). **************** barely saw me for aprox ***** minutes and didn't review my records provided to his office. He asked few questions. He downplayed prior treatments I had and he dismissed my current TMJ dentist has not qualified and dismissed "TMJ dentist specialists" as unqualified. I mentioned about airway issues that could be contributing to TMJ/clenching-bruxism issues and he dismissed that without no diagnostic/no proper evauluation. He dismissed/ignored the previous diagnosis UPPER AIRWAY RESISTRANCE SYNDROME(UARS) I had from my TMJ dentist. He considered I had a bite issue without no proper diagnosis and just said I needed "bite adjustment surgery" at the ********************* school with a "**************."He considered the ********************* as having all the doctors needed for my care but I felt like I was just getting tossed around to a different provider. **************** dismissed/ignored my symptoms of headaches, excess saliva and didn't think they were TMJ related. He considered my clehching/bruxism issues as "anxiety" without no proper diagnsostic testing. I consider **************** to be unprofessional because he ignored/downplayed most of TMJ symptoms I reported on the paperwork I provided to the clinic regarding my condition and he seemed opinionated to provide his own opinions without no evaluation/diagnostic testing or ordering of imaging to support his arguement. He said I had a bite issue and recommending "bite adjustment surgery" to be done at ********************* by a ************** without no further evidence. I feel that **************** is harmful to patients in the ***********, ***** and would take advantage of them and I feel that he should lose his medical license. It is upsetting that I paid $260 for a consultation fee to see this man and he is the most unprofessional medical doctor I have seen in the **************.
