Horrible customer service. Promises the world during the initial consult then after they have the deposit they start saying that wasn't included. For example. We had a $50,000 bathroom remodel done and it took about a year and a half to finally get a working bathroom and the craftsmanship is horrible. They told us that painting the bathroom wasn't included, After they told us how much paint and which type to buy.They are one of the worst companies I have ever seen on communication. We would wait a month with no word and would find out that something wasn't available and we would need to pick another option only we would reach out for an update.I would not recommend this company to anyone and the fact that ********** let's them in their stores is concerning. If I was ********** I would distance myself as much as possible from this company.I have a 3 page detailed timeline but it is too long to post on here.Review from Yvette S

Shady at best. Told us new ordinances for city required shower head and controls should be on opposite walls so we dont accidentally burn ourselves when showering. They ran new water line, moved controls all without a permit. When I questioned it was told it was required. Long story short, we had to get lawyer and they removed some of the costs associated with that and some shoddy work we got credit for. At least my lawyers fees we recouped but the hassle in dealing with them for a simple bath remodel was painful. Phone calls were never answered, no call backs, always the run around. When we refused to pay, or sign off, then they wanted talk. We had them talk to our lawyer and we finally got it resolved.Review from John B

If you are looking for any type of remodel, stay away from Statewide Remodeling! After spending $33k they left the job unfinished. Shower/tub combo was converted to a larger shower. The empty space on the right was supposed to be a linen closet. Closet is not enclosed on top. During consult the sales rep told us we would have to paint! Seemed a little odd but no biggie. We still have original paint cans from when we moved in. Easily match at Lowes. While he was drafting the 30 page contract he secretly added no tape, no texture, no paint So ya. No tape/floating and no texture to match the rest of the bathroom and a open closet that needs to be enclosedReview from Janie A

Don't use this company! If you do make sure every single detail is in place. They sell a great sells pitch make promise they don't keep and don't communicate. I had to buy my owe paint so they could do the paint job, and after I told they sells lady I didn't want ceramic she said I would need to also go buy my own floor material ! This all started on September 19th still waiting for them to start. I was told they would start at the end of October will they didn't. They finally said they were ready to start and that the plumbers were doing the work in on day lol will the plumbers never showed up the project manager so happened to call and didn't even know I had to inform him they had not showed up! I bought up they still needed to work demo the ceiling and sent a picture of the contract I was told no that it was only for doing texture. SO WHY WAS MY **** $23,000 plus interest! If I bought my owe paint, vanity, toilet and hired another company to install a finish floor.Review from Levi L

Statewide remodeling is awesome! Found them online and glad I did. Their sales people are helpful and prices are affordable for the quality of materials. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done on or in their home.Review from Rebecca T

Statewide Remodleing came to my house, sat down for over 3 hours and went through every single detail of my remodel. I am working on a complete master bathroom and was overwhelmed at the thought. They did not miss a single detail, even things I would have never thought about were brought to my attention. That is 1st class service. Cannot wait to see the end result!
