We had such an amazing experience working with **** and ****** at Dents & Dings. Our vehicle was damaged during a recent hail storm, and they did a phenomenal job assessing the damage, working with insurance, communicating, and made our expedition look brand new. I highly recommend Dents & Dings, not only for their professionalism and work, but for their kindness and for truly treating us like family. The staff was knowledgeable and the service was great. They looked at my car and gave me a quote same day and had me in for an appointment with the week. The dent was in the door crease and deep. They did such a great job I couldnt tell were the damage was. They had my car back the same day. I couldnt have asked for better service. They also offered military discount and gave me small gift for using their shop. Truly the standard you want to have working on your automobile.Review from John L

I cannot say enough good things about Dents and Dings. I walked in a frantic customer and left feeling like I'd found distant relatives. ****** took such great care of me and my car!I was able to get a same day inspection appt, they walked me through the process, and even offered to help with my insurance claim. I dropped my car off right before I left for vacation and they even dropped me off at the airport. Upon my return, my car was ready, but I wasn't going to get back until after they closed....on a FRIDAY. ****** was so accommodating, she stayed after closing and I was able to go straight from the airport and get into my car! Talk about quality service. Once I was in my car, I noticed they'd detailed the inside for me and even left me a thank you gift. ?? I've experienced some not so great service from various companies lately, but D&Ds goes far above in the service department; more companies should follow this exact customer service model!!
