    The salesperson and owner were highly communicative and attentive until the final payment was made. Unfortunately, subsequent to completing a full-custom remodel on our home, numerous unresolved issues arose, compelling us to escalate matters to the owner. Despite promises to address the issues, it took months for the fixes to be implemented. When we needed a smaller job done, we decided to give the company another chance, assuming a small task would be manageable. To our dismay, they mismeasured and left noticeable scratches and s**** holes on our newly installed facade. Despite multiple attempts to contact both the salesperson and the owner, there has been no response to rectify their error. It's incredibly frustrating to experience such dishonesty from these individuals. To make matters worse, it appears that several other condo residents have had similar complaints. If only we had been aware of these issues beforehand!

    He, the owner was very nice and amenable until he collected the first check. After that all the promises where not fullfilled. He is a great seller but the company does not keep the word or time promised. Not good to do business with them
