I had my 2012 Dodge Journey SXT 3.6 l engine towed to in perfect running condition with the exemption to repairs which were timing chain crank shaft module repair he's had it now 2 months the first time he said it was ready it was already started immediately we drove it and knew it wasn't the overdrive never kicked in & after turning it off we restarted it it's push *********** takes 6 times holding the push button & brake to finally get it started asking him about it he said all we had to do was take it to the dealership to have the module reprogrammed after taking it to **** Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep in *********** and paying for diagnostic they said take it back to the repair shop because the work he did was incorrect i gave him the chance to correct it with text messages as proof from **** CDRJ explaining the incorrect work he performed on September 4th went by today for an update now he won't listen when I explain the overdrive not kicking in or the push start he says 400 more dollars and another week so i said ill get bbb and police involved. I have a report # I received today from S a p d as well as receipts from *********'s Auto Shop receipt from **** CDRJ & numerous text messages from my phone to ******************** can provide that anytime through mail correspondence to your office directly or through text message I'd like my vehicle returned in the same perfect running condition before the repair or remove the parts he put in and full return of moneys paid plus the time I've been without my vehicle and some direction to fully recover a similar vehicle instead of being forced to accept my vehicle in the poor condition it is in these are only examples of my resolution but I'm reaching out to bbb because I don't have the right answer as to a realistic resolution I'm open to what you might suggest my emotions are all over so please forgive my frustrations he can be reached at ************ as for myself I'm ************************* my # is ************ thank you for your time and look forward to your correspondenceBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because:
The response only mentions I complain of **************** wrong and no mention of resolution I made a SAPD report and left the vehicle with the mechanic in Hope's of having the issue corrected instead while in his possession my vehicle was totaled please refer my situation to an attorney as I only see that my only hope of q resolution is making this business held accountable and to bring attention to good paying future customers this business is not for the customer and prevent this from happening to anyone like it happened to me

I took my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan to get transmission rebuilt. He keep the van for months told me he was waiting on a part he made me pay $350 up front for brand new Solenoid. He called me told me transmission was fixed. I paid him $900 for labor. He gave me keys. I drove off & was having same problem as before I took it to guillmo & drove right back & he told me its an electrical problem I need to take to electrician. I took it to 2 different transmission shops they said the transmission has not been worked on & there is no new Solenoid. Im out $1250Business response
