              This body shop has my car for 2 months, after no communication at all they said hey come pick up your car, my insurance paid 6400 and I paid my ***** deductible. When I get there, they did not fix the car, it was not drivable, it was in worst condition then when it went in and Im being told by another shop that their invoice was false, charged for things that werent fixed, and charged double for single parts, the job was not done at all, the paint does not match, they did not fix things due to the accident, and I got my car back with absolutely NO FLUID in it. They will not return my calls, I have been asking for a manager or higher up and nobody helps me, it has been weeks of this , this is fraud. The new trustworthy shop is called ets fleet there number is ********** and I am almost positive they will attest to this. As well as my insurance adjuster who sent me to this shop, April pion whos number is **********

              Youre not gonna believe this one! Do not use this place! The city had my daughters car towed here today after an accident and they could not even look at it until June. But they still accepted it from the tow truck driver. They told us we had to tow it right away to somewhere else or they would charge us $25 a day. Which we did Immediately and they charged us $300 which they called an administrative fee just so we could have another tow truck driver pick it up. So we had to pay to have it towed twice plus their $300 fee. That should be illegal, but it is certainly unethical. They even called the cops on us when we did not want to pay the fee.

              ************,At the scene of the accident you were given three choices. 1) Have the vehicle taken to the city pound 2) Have the vehicle taken to a city approved storage facility 3) Have the vehicle taken to the destination of your choice. If you choose option 1 or 2 there is no out of pocket expense at the scene of accident, however if you choose option 3 you are required to pay the wrecker service prior to them leaving the scene. In your case you chose option 2, which is how you ended up at our facility. Now it was never implied that this was a free service provided by the *******************. In fact, The ******************* has a third party vendor who manages all vehicle tows. The third party establishes the rules of the towing process and sets the rates to be charged. With that being said, the fees you were charged, were not set by Associated Collision Center. In fact they were the fees set in place by the *******************.
