      A great company especially the ****** Team!!! They get the job done with no hesitation. Always, always on point with everything. No matter what the situation is their there when you need them. Answers the phones and emails on time instead of having you waiting. Overall an amazing team. No complaints.

      This group is very unprofessional and unresponsive to phone messages or emails.They further constrain homeowner service to board members in the following ways:1. Created a Board Liaison position and will not communicate to other board members.2. Stopped sending board members official reports and document to elected board members.3. Send all information from and to a board member who hoards information and refuses to address home owner and board member requests to documents and board reports.4. Sign contracts on behalf of the board, illegally and without documented authorization.5. Alienates board and homeowners whom they dont like and call it harassment.6. Fail to hold vendors accountable for contracted services, to maintain their personal relationships.7. Restrict HO participation by holding Zoom only online meetings and limiting homeowners to 3 min of a total of 15 minutes, EVERY quarterly meeting.Run from these unprofessional and untrained lifestyle managers. Not worth 10% of what they get paid.

      Hello!

      AMG works at the direction of the board. 1. Should the board wish to establish a board liaison, AMG will honor that request and communicate through the liaison.  2. Once a board liaison is established at the direction of the board, all AMG communication will go through that point of contact. 3. ********* liaison should be the go between for both board and AMG for written and oral communications. 4. Any contracts that are signed are at the direction of the board. 5. It is our policy to respond to all homeowner and board requests in a timely manner and recommend that important communication be in writing to ensure response and documentation. 6. While AMG prides ourselves on using the best quality vendors and fostering an amicable, professional relationship with those service companies, our main focus is the satisfaction of the board and ensuring that the contract terms are met. 7. AMG schedules and hosts board meetings at the direction of the board. This includes the hosting of a homeowner forum. Any time limits set are to ensure that everyone gets a chance to be heard in a timely manner.

      The fees are outrageous and the services provided arent justified. They decide when they want to enforce certain rules but dont want to assist with anything that can actually cause neighborhood issues. The customer service is not where it should be at all. Theyre no help and only answer what they want disregarding many concerns

      This company has treated homeowners worse than renters. They do not take care of the pool, they do not respond to any request for clarification, they harass homeowners that they deem troublemakers. The communities pool is literally sinking and they are going over their specified budget with written notices. Our neighborhood is current trying to find a new management company because it can't get any worst than the experience we've gotten with alamo.

      I'm not sure how they have an A+ rating... but, they have been slow to respond. They recently took over our community. Our community pool is not being properly maintained. When I email about it the pool issues I either get ignored or get a response stating the issue is fixed (which it obviously isn't). We have a community ******** page that states many of the same complaints from other residence in the community. You're not off to a good start AMG!

      *** has been collecting money from each community member and we have been waiting for our amenities for over 3 years already. They claim they spent over 30k on our Christmas decor (which includes small lights and 6 wreathes) how is that even possible?? New neighborhoods have broken ground after us and already all amenities!! Stop using Covid as an excuse to steal our money!!

      This HOA is greedy and corrupt. They took a photo saying there was a violation and there was nothing to be seen. Walked out and saw nothing wrong. They will not return my emails and are ignoring answering questions. This company will threaten you and use there power to fabricate lies to get you to pay them violation fees for their profit!!!!!

      Since Alamo Management group took over with the *** in Falcon Ridge proper, I had received couple of notices that is out of this world. It was quite obvious that whoever goes around checking and taking photos of the residence/houses have no idea of what they're doing. Here's one ridiculous notice I received from them this year. They want me to remove the transformer bank that was placed by GVEC 16 years ago when the house was being built. Would you believe that? What a bunch of baloney Alamo Management group employees that randomly goes around our neighborhood taking photos and have no clue what entails why they are hired in the first place. They pretend to go around inspecting the neighborhood but have no idea of the bylaws. What a joke!! They should all be terminated.
