Hello! My name is ************* Below are my bank statements for September, October and November. On September 20th I submitted a dispute with my bank. I paid a ****** application fee to park vista apartments. The only form of contact I received from them was a call from a private number. My bank issued me a temporary credit the next day.I paid park vista apartments a money order while the claim was in progress for 260 dollars including an insufficient funds fee of ******************************************** to a collections agency if I didn't pay. The claim was reversed on November 15th and my temporary credit was taken back by chase bank.I have not received any payments or returns from park vista. I was supposed to be refunded the original application fee and instead pay the 260 dollar money order which i did. Chase bank has denied reopening the claim until I've sent documentation, and park vista apartments says they no longer have access to my records. Neither company is willing to refund me the ******, so park vista has two application fees. I've also included a receipt from park vista with check number chk#********* saying I was supposed to be refunded!Thank you so much,*************Business response

Hello,
I have reached out to my corporate office regarding ************* and the most recent charge that was on his account fo 11/15. We are under new management and they charge that hit is account was by the prior management. We are working on getting answers as to what is going on. His statement shows that a payment in the amount of $203.95 was drafted on 11/15/22 by "YSI" (Yardi) which was used by the prior management.
I have attached the email that shows I have sent ************* information up to our accounting team to look into it.

On 08/09/2022 we delivered our intent to move out notice to break lease on 09/18/2022 due to military orders, and we wanted to get out due to the amount of mold that was all over the place making my child sick. On 09/01/2022 they charged us for a full months rent and told us they would refund us the money from the rest of the month. A month goes by and we still have not received the refund or the deposit even though our contract states that the deposit has to be returned within 30 days. According the the manager, they sent out a check and it was sent to the wrong address and tried to accuse my husband of giving her wrong address even though I looked at the intent to move out and he wrote the correct address. She said she canceled the check and will have a new one sent out. On 10/31/2022 the manager stated she got approval for a new check and the bank deals with sending the check out. Fast forward to 12/05/2022 we still have not received our refund or deposit money. We would just like them two refund what they owe us so we can be done with them.Business response

Park Vista Apartment Complex has recently changed management companies. *********************** is supposed to receive a deposit refund. Due to the company transition, I was unaware of the approval/sending process of the deposit. Yes, I did let ************** know that it was approved in the system for extract on 10-31-22, which it is showing in ******* *********** website) approved bye our RM. The transition is still undergoing and her refund is in the works of being sent out.

My kids and I are getting sick from the mold on the windowsills that they just painted over before move in, no one has ever come to fix nothing for all three years that weve been here. The mold is my biggest issue, especially for my kids. I have a 6 month old and a 2 year old. Also, their cameras dont work at all so the thievery around here is ridiculous. Please help.
