I called Comfort-Air to make an appointment for them to come to my house as soon as possible as my inside A/C unit was leaking a lot of water on the floor. Comfort-Air scheduled my appointment for that afternoon. The customer service was excellent. It turns out that *******************************, the service technician with Comfort-Air, was able to come to my house early to check my A/C unit and to make any needed repairs. ****** was very professional, courteous, and knew what he was doing. In a very short period of time, he advised me of the problem and fixed the issue. ****** let me know I had other issues with my A/C unit & showed me pictures of those issues. I very much appreciated ******'s observations of my A/C issues and decided to have those issues fixed at that time as I did not want my A/C system to break down at a future time. The current weather in *********** this June has been in the 100s. I am very happy I called Comfort-Air and will recommend them to family and friends. The Service Call at my church was very prompt. The Office Personnel were very polite and helpful. The Service Technician (*********************) was courteous and knowledgably. He kept me informed as the work progressed and left the work site clean. I will be using Primo Plumbing again for my church issues as well as at home.

We had an issue with reduced flow in a couple of faucets and toilets. *************************** and his helper ******* figured out the problem with the water softener immediately and were able to correct the issue. They had all the parts needed, worked efficiently, and were very knowledgeable on the issue. Very happy with their service and they cleaned up the area like they were never there.

My AC shut off completely Dec 31st, and the on call service tech **************** responded to my home to address all of my concerns. ****** was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional in his role. Im happy to say I will be suggesting Comfort Air to anyone who asks for and AC/Heating company. Im impressed with the response and service provided by ****** at my on call appointment!

The unit in my condo started to freeze and stopped blowing hot air when cool weather came in - I do think both units were here the beginning. I called a few companies for estimate and Comfort Air Engineering was the most affordable. They installed my furnace and replaced ac outside. The guys were working through the rain and were so polite and cordial. I am so happy with my units and my bill. Thank you *****, ******, *****, and the two gentlemen that were here for two days.
