      On or about January, 2020, we purchased multiple dining and kitchen furniture items from Accents of Salado (hereafter referred to as "Accents") while we were in the process of building our home. Due to complete loss of our house due to fire days before moving in, Accents agreed to hold the furniture during the rebuild process.After the rebuild and moving in we received a portion of the items ordered at different times, including the dining room table, kitchen table and buffett. The dining room chairs failed to arrive. Over a two-year process and literally dozens of communications with Accents, we were led to believe on multiple occasions that the chairs were in the process of being delivered, yet they never arrived. Excuses were multiple, including but not limited to, illnesses, travel issues, delivery to the wrong recipient, etc. On numerous occasions we were reassured that the problem was being corrected and that we would receive our chairs soon. Conversations via text and email were multiple and ongoing. We continually gave Accents the benefit of the doubt, and preferred to wait for the original chairs as they matched the table, etc.Eventually, the frustation became unbearable, and we simply requested a refund. This occurred on May 5, 2023. The business agreed to refund the amount and we were told that the check had been mailed. After the check failed to arrive, we were told that it was inadvertently sent to the wrong address and would be resent. It again did not arrive. More and more excuses were given as to why the situation was not resolved. Ultimately, Accents and former employees involved in the ongoing conversations stopped responding to our inquiries.If necessary, we can provide transcripts of the numerous conversations.

      Generally, most disputes with merchants can be settled by contacting the merchant and describing to the owner or manager what it is that you are unhappy about regarding your purchased goods or services. It appears in this case that this is not enough, and I am compelled to take other steps to resolve this overdue dispute leading me to write this letter. Synopsis of my order:1. Item ordered 19 months ago (24 May 2021).2. Certified mail sent to Custom Furniture of Texas who purchased/Accents of Salado requesting status with no answer.3. My business associate sent to the site which appeared to be an empty warehouse without resolution.4. Over 80 emails sent to Custom Furniture/Accents of Salado and combined for this item.5. Over 30 emails sent for delivery company to include an agreed delivery date of 21 July 22 between 4-7pm and a date of 28 July 22 between 4-9pm with no response or delivery of the office chair.6. Multiple [too many to count] phone calls made to Custom Furniture and *********************** delivery company with no answer or response to multiple voicemail(s) requests and again no office chair.2. This cannot be the adopted model of either company as the lack of response without solicitation from the customer to include at this point begging and pleading. Due to the information that *********************** stated as the item has been returned, I renew my request for a full refund of $2,365.00 sent to via check since the credit card bank account previously used is closed. I request your response within five days of receipt of this letter.

      Earlier this year I placed an order for a custom Poker Table. All monies were paid to Accents of Salado. I have discovered they have sold pending orders to another company. I want either a refund or the contact info to speak with new owner.

      We ordered furniture in April of 2021 and paid $35,000 to accents of salado. Since then they supposedly were bought by Custom Furniture of Texas. We know some names. such as ***************. *********************, etc. Who knows if these people are real. We have been waiting for our delivery for months and months. They claim that our furniture is in a terminal in ****** ****, which is 1.5 hours from our home. This furniture has been there since June supposedly, one excuse and lie after another. They are blaming the delivery company, they blame no workers available, Covid sickness. No one is ever available to speak, they are always out of the country and just one thing after another. We need to know where our furniture is and when it will be delivered? Or we need full refund, but our preference is to have our furniture, if it exists in ******. I think they are trying to scam us. I called them out on it. and now they do not communicate with me. there is something very very wrong going on there. We need to know what is going on asap. I can go on and on with more details and i have this all documented. They even set up delivery many times and we waited and no one showed up. I just wrote part of the story and lies, otherwise this would be too long.

      I ordered and paid in full $3602.50 for a custom bench 5/24/2021. I have still not received item. Mant emails and calls made and even in May 2022 promised it was being shipped by CustomFurnitureofTexas out of ***********, ** by Charter Freights. I have had no response since and all websites ******** seem to be gone or have changed names. *************** new owner said she would take care of it but no product. I want a refund at this point.
