On Sat 8/7/21 1800gotjunk hauled away our junk, our landlord was unable to get the **** paid in time as agreed, so we were told that they would be bringing back OUR truck load of junk. The following day 8/8/21 they returned and dumped a truckload of junk in our driveway...this truckload however was not our junk it was perishable food items, which sat rotting in our driveway for TWO days in the Texas heat before they showed back up. I was told on the phone that they would return and remove ALL the food items, however when they returned they took about half of the food and told us "well we got most of it" and left. My wife and I now (8/11/21) still have half a driveway full of rotting food.Business response

Dear BBB: Over a year ago I notified the BBB that I had sold my franchise and that the new owners would be responsible for any further inquiries going forward. I also let my BBB membership lapse as Maracayo *** is no longer operating since then the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise.
It reflects poorly on the BBB that you are still sending me inquiries about this. Please use your resources to contact the proper people. Going forward I will not spend my time responding to worthless BBB inquiries such as this one.
