On Thursday, November 30, 2023 at around 6:20 PM, an AirCO driver ran me and my family off of the road in order to avoid hitting him, in ***********, **. The driver of this company vehicle was originally being me, in my lane. The driver decided to go around me into a lane that was ending and cut me off, with about .5 centimeters to spare. Having a newborn in my backseat, the experience was extremely traumatizing. After running us off of the road, the driver continued to drive erratic down i281 and cut several other drives off, at a very high/unsafe rate of speed. I contacted AirCo via phone call and was forwarded to their after hours contact center. The representative took my statement, as well as the license plate number of the vehicle. She took my number and assured me that I would get a phone call the next day. Unfortunately, I have not gotten a phone call. This was a very poor experience from the irrational driving to the lack of follow up from the company regarding this serious manner. Due reduce risk to the company, the driver needs to be addressed accordingly AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
