            On February 7th, 2023, Sunrise Plumbing was contracted to detect a leak at my home on Rockwall, TX. for the sum of $300. After about 30 min. they said they had found the leak, it was in my garage they would have to jack-hammer under the concrete, and it would cost $6,330 to fix the leak. Sunrise Plumbing also said they were a certified leak detection company and would provide a report of the findings from the leak detection service that I paid $300 for, but I never received anything. I declined due to the high cost, and called another plumber to get a second opinion. When the new plumber came out, they found the leak, it was NOT where Sunrise Plumbing said it was, so the leak detection service was inaccurate. The new plumbing company was able to fix the lead in a few hours for $720 avoiding any structural damage to my garage, no jack-hammering was ever needed. I contacted Sunrise Plumbing to request a refund because the lead detection was inaccurate, they will not respond. This is an obvious example of exploitation.

            Way over priced. Needed a **** shower hot water valve core replaced, a fifteen dollar part at *********** Sunrise quoted me $880.00 to replace. Will never call them again.
