      Service Experts technician said ECM motor not working. Lennox warranty covers motor but not labor. Ive bought this home brand new in May 2021. This unit only 2yrs 10mo 3days old! Technician charging ****** for labor. Ac stop working on 3/24/24. Ive called Lennox customer support and they said they only pay for warranty items which this was covered but not labor. Lennox isnt the quality brand I thought. Lennox should be responsible. Checking several other reviews Ive noticed Lennox has this problem repeatedly. I would like a class action suit vs Lennox on quality misrepresentation. Help please!

      We had a brutal experience with Lennox. They failed to honor their warranty, leaving us in an horrific situation during a critical time. Despite numerous attempts to contact themincluding countless phone calls and several follow-up texts to a representative who never returned our messageswe were left without any support during a severe heating emergency. This was particularly distressing as it happened in the dead of winter and we had a newborn baby at home.The ordeal was exacerbated by a few specific issues:Being gaslighted: It felt like Lennox was trying to make us believe that expecting them to honor their warranty was unreasonable. There was a complete lack of engagement or empathy from their side. It seemed predetermined that they wouldn't assist us, despite what was clearly stated in their contract.Wasting time and money: We had to involve multiple contractors from Lennoxs network and even purchased new control boards in an effort to resolve the issue. Each contractor confirmed that the problem was due to a defect in Lennoxs manufacturing, and that our furnace needed to be replaced under warranty. Yet, all the expenses and hassle fell on us.No help in an emergency: When we needed them most, Lennox stopped responding altogether. We received no help or resolution.It was a nightmare. The stress of trying to keep our home warm for our newborn, coupled with the frustration of dealing with unresponsive and unhelpful service, was overwhelming. This ordeal with Lennox was truly harrowing for our whole family. Imagine if it was your own...
