1 starWorking with Rescue Air has been a total nightmare. 2 years ago, our downstairs A/C unit went out. I decided to go use Rescue Air as it was one of the first companies to pop up on ******. The technician who came out was very polite but very pushy about getting a more expensive unit. We ended up paying $30k for a new unit. We were also made to believe we had to sign up for Rescue Airs home maintenance package for $600 per year. After the first month they sent out a plumbing technician to do an evaluation of our home. That plumber nearly demanded that we pay $17K for what he called preventative maintenance on our pipes. After I respectfully declined, he had his manager call me to push me harder on the plumbing work. I asked around several friends and other **** companies and soon realized that $30k was not a reasonable price for an A/C unit. My wife and I opted to cancel Rescue Airs $600 per year maintenance plan as we were not happy with the high-pressure sales tactics. Earlier this spring our upstairs A/C gave out. This time we decided to go with Milestone; they were able to replace our upstairs A/C for half the cost. We are now under Milestones maintenance plan and their staff have been beyond professional and understanding. Last week the downstairs A/C unit we spent $30k on stopped working. Since Rescue Air did the install, If we wanted it covered under warranty, we would need to have them come out and fix it. The technician for Rescue Air informed me that since we were no longer paying $600 per year for the Rescue Air plan, we would need to pay $5k in labor to repair the A/C under warranty. The $30k top of the line unit they sold us had a condenser go out after only 2 years. The technician informed me that there was no way around having to pay to fix a unit that is still under warranty. We will have Milestone come back out to repair the unit and pay the labor cost with them. At least I know I will have a reliable company behind the work.Review fromPaige G

5 stars***** came out to take a look at our AC unit that stopped working. He got the immediate issue fixed so we were back to have cool air, but he also took a look at our entire system (12 years old). He was very professional, explained what was going on, and scheduled us to get a new unit ASAP. We also signed up for the family plan and are looking forward to having Rescue Air come out regularly to make sure everything is in working order.

5 starsMy AC stopped working at a really bad time. ***** came out the same afternoon going into a hot weekend. He was thorough in his explanation of what happened and how he could repair it. Then he took the time to offer choices for a 20 year old system that could finally give up the ghost. I was not aware how efficient the new systems are. He made me feel much safer knowing Rescue would be here when needed most.Rescue Air and Plumbing

5 stars***** just stopped by and fixed our a/c unit in under an hour. I know enough about my a/c to get into trouble and almost had it figured out myself. But I am so happy that I called Rescue Air. He saved me a long, frustrating weekend of ******* tutorials and so many trips up and down into the scorching summer attic. He was professional and took me through the process to help educate as where I went right and where I went wrong. Great experience. 10/10. Thanks for all your help *****.Rescue Air and Plumbing

5 starsDO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL Rescue Air- I wish I could leave ***** a TEN star rating! If you are having a/c issues, do yourself a favor and call him FIRST ... you will NOT be disappointed! He was very professional and informative. He took the time to come by our home on install day of our new Lenox a/c unit. Can't recommend him enough!!!Rescue Air and Plumbing

I had a problem to which I thought they would not help me, instead they had multiple supervisor and experienced people come to assess what my issues were when I didnt agree with some of their first assessments on a new system. They were able to run every test you can think of with proof of real diagnostics and was able to order a new coil system with a new TXV. I am happy they are taking care of me.Rescue Air and Plumbing

5 starsI just received Air conditioning service from ****** who works for Rescue **** Services. He was extremely professional. He kept me informed of his arrival. When he came, he was very polite and informative. ***** truly cared about my familys well-being. He made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing and he wasnt condescending about it at all.
