I reluctantly turned to Deb **** for debt consolidation. I have always paid my bills and never thought Id have to resort to this. Debt Blue has been amazing to work with, they stay on the phone to answer all my questions and concerns in order to help them be a pleasant experience. ***** was a tremendous help with my account today.DebtBlue Response

In the beginning, I would have rated this business 5 stars. However, since depositing enough money to settle my accounts and graduate early, the review has changed. On two occasions, money was drafted out of my checking account and it shouldn't have been. I was told "there is nothing that we can do." I have tried to get in touch this time however, there is a recording stating there is "high call volumes." I have expected to graduate at this point as it has been two months since depositing over $9,000 to graduate. Instead money is being deducted from my personal checking account when I have well over the amount of money in my DebtBlue account to finish settling. Completely frustrating. I am ready to be done with the process but feel that DebtBlue is dragging their feet to continue to collect fees. The money that was taken out of my account this month was allocated to pay my taxes on my vehicle. Now I will have to borrow money. Very unsatisfied at this point.DebtBlue Response
