      Progressive made me take my car here because of an accident when I got my car back the first time there was still damage to my door and then there was a chemical inside my vehicle and some kind of over spray on the windshield this over spray I tried to clean myself and it wouldnt come off I had to deal with ******* so I could bring my car back get the door completely fixed and my windshield issue taken care of . So I get my car back again and the over spray is still there now Im dealing with ***** who called me and is now trying to say they have to figure out where it came from. *** brought up this issue as soon as I got my car back the first time. There playing games with me and giving me the run around about getting my windshield fixed. I paid my deductible and I expected good quality work when instead its poor work and really bad customer ********************** I was told by two of their employees it something they used now Im have to fight to get this fixed when it should have the first time or even the second time I was told the issue was going to be takes care ok now ***** wants to see the over spray why all their other employees seen it I was told by ******* and my insurance agent this will be fixed. I will never trust these people my car is only 4 months old and now I have to deal with spots all over my windshield because of their incompetence and they maybe will do something about this. Dont go here of your insurance company trys to refer you here say no Im also now looking for a different insurance company besides progressive .

      We was in accident on June 2021 we have our car took to service king to get repairs when we got the car back it wasnt like it was before the car accident and we took the car up there several times after the accident for they stuff they did to the car a few weeks later my struts came through the floor board aka the trunk of the car which I ask them to repair it to no avail they wont repair it when they workers that work on my car did a rush job on my car which is a 2015 ***** car my trunk dont ever match to how it was I got before and after pics of my car to prove that they did a rush job and then it was water get into my trunk and mess up my battery I am not satisfied with service king and they actions on my cars at all and now they change they name to crash champions they dont need to be repair anyone cars at all until they get someone that is *** certifies to work on cars and trunks this is unacceptable and ************************** ask them can they do they work on the car or should it be total out and they manager need to be fired cause she was rude and not welcome at all sorry a** company they isnt not good at all I will never recommend them at all

      This place is terrible. I took my car there to be repaired after a wreck and all I had was problems. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. Take your care anywhere else. Nothing but issues with my repair. Every time they said they fixed it, there was always something else wrong. They would paint one thing and then they put other scratches on it after they just painted. Beware.

      Absolute worst experience with a body shop. My 2012 ***** Odyssey was hit by another person. On the recommendation of that person's insurance I brought it to Service King for an estimate. After dropping my vehicle off, I expected a call back within a few days. After no response I called and was told that the estimate had just been submitted to the insurance company. After another week with no response, I called again to find out that my vehicle was being declared a total loss. I informed Service King that I wanted to retain my car and have it repaired and that I would pay any difference in price that insurance would not cover. They told me that it is not "Service King policy" to repair a vehicle that has be deemed a total loss even though repairs can be made. I then told them that I wanted to pick up my vehicle so that I could have it repaired somewhere else. They then told me that they would not let me have my vehicle back because it was a total loss. After arguing with them for several minutes that since I drove my car in to them, that I should be able to drive it out, they finally relented. However, I had to pay them $150 to reassemble my vehicle because the insurance company only pays them to disassemble and evaluate the damage. When we arrived to pick up my vehicle the technicians were busy wiping off notes written on my car on which parts they could remove to be sold as salvageable. Talk about trying to gain off another person's loss. Not only was service king slow, unresponsive, and unwilling to help a customer, they also evidently practice unethical business practices to profit from selling parts from vehicles that they are able to declare a total loss under ***** state law. If you have other options for your repairs, go somewhere else. My experience has been that they are undependable and are only looking out for ways to help the insurance company and themselves.

      Hello ****, the vehicle needed a right rail. It is buckled by the radiator support. We had to do a tear down on to find out these damages. Customer want to retain the vehicle and drive it off. So we asked him to pay 3 hours to reassemble the vehicle.  there is no parts getting sold here if customer release the vehicle all damaged parts will be inside the vehicle because they are insurance property.. to notes he saw on his vehicle, are the marking of the damages to show ** in photos. We reassembled the vehicle and removed our writing so customer can retain the vehicle.

      They have taken several MONTHS to repair a minor accident, and my son is still without a car.But, were still having to make payments, and insurance on that car.They have no sense on customer **********************!

      Beware! I was in a very very minor accident going less than 10MPH. Nothing crumpled. Scrapes and a crack to the front bumper cover. Service king requires you be present at the drop off appt for an *********************** of the work. ***** walked around the car with me. Marked the front bumper. Said it would be an easy repair and take one week. He communicated throughout sending me texts about small delays. In the end the repairs took 27 days. I see the final bill only to discover line items painting a door, repairing/ painting a fender, glass work and see notations that they repaired my car with used/salvaged parts (which was news to me). I was told that they found imperceptible buckling to the fender that had to be fixed, unable to paint just a fender, also painted a door. Never mentioned in the texts. He stated it did not occur to him that I ld want to know about that and I should be happy they did more. I explained unneeded and now the carfax report will show extensive damage making this appear a more significant accident. ***** argued that if anything they increased the value. The receptionist tells me there was no need to call me for the additional work because they do not do incomplete repairs and went on to explain that even if I had been called I would not have had the right to decline additional repairs.Right in the area of the roof where there is tacky residue from taping off, theres milky puddles dried. Looks to be spilled top coat. They tell me that is from previous work. My car has had no prior body work or painting. **** stated that it must have been done by the dealership before I purchased the car. He goes on to explain after paint repair top coat will start to peel with time. He says I either did not notice this (even in repeated inspection of my car after accident) or that it was just coincidence it started in the 27 days my car was in their shop. He maintains that it is unrelated to their work and not their responsibility.

      First If I could give no stars I so would, Drop off my car Aug 3,2023, this girl *** help me with I appreciate it and out of no where this ****************************************** Took over walk with him outside prior to this got my car towed due to a flat and they did a safety toll and rip off my bottom panel and side panel, when I told him what happen he was like they are scratches under the bottom I said yes due to the fact it got stuck on a curb and he was like oh it was to your doing basically he was calling me a liar and that it might not be covered and all first off who is he to say what happen he is just an employee that needs to get my car fix I dont give two cents on what he has to say, just fix it I spoke with my insurance agent and told him whats happening then couple days later havent heard anything called and spoke with **** he said your insurance denied the bumper I contact my agent was told the bumper was never put into the claim so got my agent and **** on I said again your lying you didnt even submitted the bumper the agent said to add it.I just found out there is no manager for that location and then ***** supposedly is director for that location trying to make it right went by today 08-14-23 said my car wasnt there it was another another location. Went to Bandera and my car wasnt event there call ***** and was told my car was at the original location so had to go back it just has been a s*** show since day one calling me a lair on how my car got damage the way it did and then got lied to about my bumper was denied which they didnt even put in the request and my car being at another location and I still have got my car from 08-03-23 to 08-14-23 supposedly still getting fix. Over it. DO NOY BRING YOUR CAR HERE AT ALL.

      I dropped my car off 12/2023 after I ran over a dead deer in the middle of the road and had to file an insurance claim. I got my car back the end of December just to drive out of their lot and for the plastic undercarriage of my car to fall off and drag the interstate I had to turn back around and my car was there another week for repairs. The next time I got my car back it overheated and service king stated I needed a new thermostat which had just been replaced on my car. Since then the car has been sitting in my driveway broken down..,. I had *** take a look at my vehicle and they said whoever fixed it after my accident put the wrong oil in it and an after market filter which messed my time and chains up costing *****, never fixed the differential leak which would cost 800, never replaced my heat shield which would prevent the car or surrounding area from catching fire, and zip tied my emergency parking brake back onto my vehicle. Im disappointed in geico recommending this place.. DO NOT take your car here!!!

      This location was recommended by USAA Automobile Insurance and indicated that this location would provide an estimate whether I had my car repaired there are not. Now that I have read the reviews, (1.45 out of 5) I certainly would not have taken my car to this location. The Insurance Rep. called and has not been called back, and I have called several times and no one will answer the telephone,

      I wouldn't take my nieces toy car for repairs if needed! For starters I took my car in for repairs November 8th 2022 I was rear ended which I needed a new bumper trunk etc. I went to pick up my vehicle nov 28th or 29th and when I picked it up they forgot to put the emblems on my car so that was the first thing. Then I noticed that they repaired the bumper instead of replacing it so where the impact happened it was bulging out and my trunk was not straight it was crooked. I pointed out the imperfections and they told me to bring the car back in 2 weeks to have repaired for the 2nd time. So fast forward to me bringing my car back on December 12th they had no clue I was bringing my car in after the manger told me back in November to bring it in that day. There was no rental car set for me and I was told I would have to come back later in order to get a rental. I come back up there later that day and drop my car off and as I'm waiting for a rental car I notice that there is a lady on the phone also upset with something and to get her to leave a good review they offered her 20 dollars cash in order for her to leave a good review ! So fast forward a little more I come pick my car up and it's still not right so I show the manager and he tells me that they have done all they can do it's nothing else that can be done but ask the insurance company for new parts so I leave ****** off and call my insurance company Geico and they tell me I can take the car to a different body shop and I took it to **** ******* collision in orange park and I must say **** did an amazing job I just got my car back today and it looks better then ever all the paint colors match it didn't with service king I have a new bumper my trunk is aligned well and my trunk latch is also fixed I'm so satisfied I couldn't have asked for a better company to repair my car FOR THE 3RD TIME! SAVE THE HEADACHE AND TIME AND DONT GO TO SERVICE KING THEY PAY PEOPLE TO LEAVE GOOD REVIEWS
