Around July/August 2020, BINT owners Marlon and Lashound M**** stated through **** that a blessing or $1400 would yield $11,200 and that refunds were guaranteed. I invested $5600 plus monthly conecmi fees that have not been returned.

I was invited to a BINT meeting late August/early September 2020 and I joined soon thereafter. The meeting was facilitated by Mr. Marlon M**** and his wife LaShonda. This meeting was coined as a 'blessing circle' for the uplifting of the African American community. The couple advised that an investment of $1400 along with recruiting (2) people and joining the monthly app subscription (which was mandatory) would yield a $11,200 'gift'. Mr. M**** bragged about how much money he and all his family members made on the Zoom call meetings.

I made my $1400 payment on September 9, 2020. I awaited patiently for a month. Afterwards, I reached out to Marlon M**** via the website and also other identified contacts that I wanted a refund. Mr. M**** never responded nor processed my refund request. After several contact attempts, I noticed he removed himself from the website. I also requested to cease charging me the monthly app fee and to no avail that was ignored as well. I eventually contacted my banking institution to stop the charges. It is apparent that Mr. Marlon M**** and Mrs. LaShonda M**** have no intention of doing the right thing and honoring their promise of a return.

I am retired and need my $1400 plus the several monthly charges for the app refunded to me.
