  On 9/15/2021, I entered into an agreement with Excessive Carts to have a cart built within 3 months time frame, agreement is attached. I reached out on 12/9/21 and 12/10/21 to 2 employees, Tina S. and Josh G., one stated via email that the cart was on the assembly line and the other stated she talked to production and it would be done by end of December. They stopped replying to emails at that point. Reached out to them in January was sent a picture of a cart with just wheels on it from Josh, contacted Tina by phone in February and she stated my cart is just now entering the assembly line, explained to her that was unacceptable when her email stated it would be done end of December '21. She stated she would check w/assembly team tomorrow and call me back. She called me back and stated after speaking with team that my cart would be ready by the end of next week which was 3/4/2022, called on that day and spoke with Josh, he stated that the cart was finished just needed to have quality control team test it out and it would be done on 3/7 or 3/8. Spoke with Tracy on 3/11 who stated she is looking in the system and it's showing no notes of a cart being finished. She said she would call me back on 3/12 when the assembly team came in but didn't receive a return call. All phone conversations I mentioned with employees were recorded and are available on demand
