I can not begin to express my gratitude for the professional customer service. **** was very thorough and went beyond his duty to stop and explain his findings. Made sure we understood. **** has done 2 inspections for me in the past year and is extremely thorough. Super professional and was so helpful in answering all my questions. As a 27 year old who has never purchased a home and knows relatively nothing about them, he truly made the process easier for me to understand so I could make the right decision.
