i had metal in my mashed potatoes from churches chicken also ive had something stuck in my throat yall told me it was just scratched an didnt look much into it just had me take a shot of lidacain to numb it an shut me up in a covid out break. i went to baptist hospital after yalls visit but they did xray with me drinking some nasty dye stuff said it was scratched an if im still cocerned get a ct scan i didnt do that i didnt have money nor do i now. for 2 1/2 years ive had something in my throat; every time i swallow my throat contracts an ive ***** something that resemles the metal foriegn body i threw up. for the past three weeks that spot ive felt a certain poking in my throat feels different it feels like its directly where i pointed when the doctors asked me to point to where i feel it at baptist hospital with the xray with dye. ive been taking ***** ibprophan a day an it makes the pain stop somewhat 20 minutes or so.my left temple ear drum gland in my neck. im scared to go to any hospital or doctor because two hospitals have supposedly looked into it and told me im tripping its all in my head its like if i got something in my eye and got it scratched and itll heal. as i swallow i feel something by my tonsil.im in pain it feels like a pain ive had in a inner ear infection or something infected but something is in my throat whether its scratched i know that. I need some help ive had sever pains in my temple inner ear, gland on my neck for over two weeks nonstop. contact number 409- *********************

Extremely rude staff. No communication between staff or staff and patients/ parents. If i was dying.. id rather Uber myself to the nearest vet clinic for a better treatment. No one here takes accountability for the lack of communication and errors between staff.

Greetings! I am writing to address the worst experience I have ever had in my life. On Sunday, December 5th, I brought my 6-year-old in with a chief complaint: 1. Fever (102.0) and 2. Back pain. Let's start with the medical assistant who grabbed my son's head and shoved the swab down his throat for strep throat. Next, she proceeds to push his head back and shove the swab in his nose for the flu. He's screaming at this point and she just walks off. Not once did she request a covid test, urine sample, or to do x-rays or any type of scan. (Remember the chief complaint was back pain and fever) After about twenty minutes, both tests were negative and the doctor came in to check my son's breathing and then he summoned the nurse for a dosage of Motrin. After the Nurse gave my son the Motrin, we never saw the doctor again. I was told by the nurse to alternate between Tylenol and Motrin every two hours. The nurses checked his temperature again, and even with a 102/103.0 he was not kept under observation, nor did they even pretend to care about his condition. The discharge paperwork advised me to keep him out of school for 24 hours but the date given was 72 hours later. Also, they falsified his diagnosis by putting Upper Respiratory Infection, when I never complained of any URI symptoms. Their incompetence is absolutely inexcusable. I WILL NEVER return to this ER.
