      Every time I place an order and pay for it with my card, it always charges me an extra 5 or more dollars then what my final total is.... where is the missing money going???? There is no where stating it and everytime I call they act clueless!! DO NOT PAY WITH A CARD!!!

      This Pizza Hut in ****** **** has Extremely Racist Employees who do not want white people to order Pizza. It's ****** **** on third Street. You need to address the situation.

      Made order unknown if app or my mistake. But needed it for delivery. Tried to contact local store. No one answer. Was on hold for 15 mins. Called back talked to call center. Was told must talk to local store. On hold again 15 mins, no one answer. Back with call center. Was told refund is in process. Order placed 1/25/24. Today 2/05/24. Still cant contact local store. Talked to call center again. Then was told refund is processing. Over a 15$ order. Ended with no food. And wasted over an hour of time. If food is not picked up refund should have been automatic. So basically they took my food and charged me. Be aware of Pizza Hut.

      I ordered four Pizzas on January 21st, ****. The order took twice as much time to get to me than it was supposed to to begin with. I added pan crust on all the Pizzas and only two halfway resembled pan crust, one was burnt, and two looked like they had not been cooked all the way. In addition, due to the length of time it took for them to be delivered, they were cold and had to be reheated. I immediately called customer service, ******* was dismissive and rude and had the attitude that she didn't care to help anyone. I was then transferred to the store and spoke with *****. He insisted that all of the pizzas were pan and nothing was wrong with them, he made the order himself. When I informed him he was mistaken and I had taken pictures of what I received, he proceeded to tell me if I didn't like them I could bring them to the store for a refund. When I expressed that was not acceptable and that I had already waited too long for the order to begin with and now he was asking me to drive to the store to return a delivery order, he dismissed me and disconnected the call. I sent an e-mail to customer service the next day because this was just not acceptable. I finally received an e-mail on the 23rd stating that store leadership would be reaching out to me within 3 business days, on the 30th, I responded to that e-mail stating no one had contacted me by phone or e-mail and have heard nothing back. This is not the first nightmarish experience I have had with Pizza Hut, but it was by far the worst and will be my last! I f this is how they treat their customers they will not get any more of my business.

      I ordered a pizza on 1/19/24. I had a coupon for $25.99 on a family deal, I gave them the code on it, I was charged regular price and $11.89 extra came off of my card, I reached out to them to let them know what happened and I have not heard anything yet. Im always ordering pizza at least once or twice a month from the ********** store and never had a problem before. So Im asking for this to be handled please. My card was charged $70.

      I ordered a meal on the app for my family and the order completely disappeared out of all the data bases and I never got my food. However the funds were immediately taken and not refunded. I dont have any record of an order so they wont give me my money back. Every time I called the customer service number I dont get any help.

      Pizza Hut **** Rolling Rd Store#****** **************** is horrible at this place. Everytime I go the person waiting on me has a bad attitude. I will not be spending any of my hard earned money in this place ever again. Ill make my own pizza at this point.

      Pizza Hut on **** in ************* ***** is a joke. They missed 2 items in my order and not only has no one reached out to me, they kept my money. I sent several emails to corporate, called the contact us line, only to get recordings and disconnection's. I had no idea Pizza Hut was so unfriendly and uncaring. To take my money like this, are you all hurting that bad for sales? I do donated but allow me to do so, just don't take from me. The amount is irrelevant not a big deal, the way Puzza Hut treated my me is.This company isnt loyal, unfair and doesnt seem to care about how they treat repeat customers. How does this company get away with this?

      The online website is atrocious. I have yrouble logging it. It crashes constantly, it will not allow me to receive loyalty points since I cannot order online. It will not allow me to use points. I contacted **************** several times. I was told to try harder and log out/log back in etc. But no one helps or fixes the problems.

      On October 5th I placed an order for $50.81 I had several missing items I called the store right away they instructed me to get a refund I called the customer service number they said a claim was filed and Id get an email or call from upper management that never happened so a few days later I called back of course they lied and said they left me a voicemail still nothing November 12th I called again asking about my refund again all these promises are being made still no email call or anything here it is the 29th and I still dont have my money !!!!!!!! I havent ordered from Pizza Hut since
