              I used their website to set up an order to help us with an upcoming surgery. I was stopped in the online process. I called the local store and corporate office. I explained the issue and they simply refused to help me. There is zero foundation for this and they have not created an unfair business practice as well as safety and health violations.

              I needed more time to pay this location, they have been harassing me and calling me for their money. If I return all but 1 item, will I get all my money back or they going to hold my money? They keep coming around my moms house for the items and they keep harassing me every day because I dont have any funds since I am unemployed at the moment and also have a very sick body that Im trying to get better. This company does a lot of bad practice and is scheming to put some of our money into their pockets by overcharging more than 300%. What next? Im going to contact a state representative that dealt with them before, like I said I dont want to give them these items until I know for they refund me all my money minus the one item I dont have. Can someone help me figure this out

              I have been a customer for a few months now, I got a washer and dryer set which was great at first. My washers self lock would no longer lock, which why should this be happening with a "new" set but things happen right ok whatever, I called to have someone come out to find out the location I got them from closed I needed to contact the **********,** location which I did and they sent someone out to repair. They were not able to repair it so they said they'd be back the next day to pick up to take it and fix it while I got a loaner. NOBODY showed up not once but 2x in a row. I have to leave work early to wait from 3pm-5pm just to lose that money and still have nobody show up twice. I even called to clarify that someone was coming and was told they would be but they were "running late" I have been trying to get this done for almost 2 weeks. I'm not paying for something to not work, I'm not losing hours and money over and over and over again. This is ridiculous. I'm very much going to call my bank and cancel payment UNTIL I CAN USE WHAT IM PAYING FOR. Why have a policy at all if it is not going to be followed accordingly. Stop wasting people's time with these non regulated stores.

              For the quality of products they resale they are very harassing I been paying consistently my bill and I missed a payment only has cash so would have to go in to make payment but before I get there I have gotta numerous calls emails voicemails text messages and every time I spoke with someone told them Ill be there tomorrow they sen someone to my house at 10am to collect I bring the money they dont even have change now why you come to my house after I talked to someone then you come here and dont have change serious I hate this company only dealing with them because I needed this essential and couldnt find anywhere else but Im tempted to give them they c*** back

              We tried to rent a Queen ********* but they delivered a full sized mattress. When we called them to ask where our queen was, they replied that the queen measures 54 x 75, which is not true. The delivery person, lied to my face about it being brand new, when we already knew it was previously rented. The manager also lied about sizing. I called another store, to get the district manager to call me, and they refused to take my information. They stated he doesn't deal with customers. I called corporate, and they took my information, but I have yet to receive a call. This company supports lies and deceit as a business practice. Be very wary when contacting them.

              RENT A CENTER HAS RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE EMPLOYEES THEY CAME TO MY WORK AND BARGED RIGHT UPSTAIRS WHERE ONLY EMPLOYEES ARE ALLOWED PAST MY RECEPTIONIST MADE A SCENE INFRONT OF ALL MY OTHER COWORKERS THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE. I CALLED AND TALKED TO ***** AND HE ALSO WAS RUDE I TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED AND HE DID NOT BELIEVE ME I TOLD HIM I HAD WITNESSES AND CAMERA FOOTAGE.

              On my last account the worker deleted my card from my account because each month there was issues processing. So they deleted my card but did not know how to put a card back on. Making my payment late each month. I was over it and paid them off early. Wanted a tv so went to give second chance all went well signed my contract and paid my deposit. Received a text from store stating they was refunding my deposit and not letting me get tv. Because of late payments that was not my fault. He stated I had to pay him ****** or not getting tv. Yet online I'm still approved for *******. I however was still being charged for the protection plan I got with tv. I was told I still owed for that but they will not give me tv. They wanted to charge me 6.98 a week protection for a tv they would not sell me I had auto pay before and this time and still they did not take funds for my tv. I will go to *****'s and get my tv -4 stars

              This place is a rip off!!!!!! Paid close to 2000 dollars on a PlayStation 5!!!!! And is still harassing us over 40$. I hate this company. They think by sending muscle bound idiots to your house they are gonna scare you into paying more.

              I did the Cash and Carry option at Rent a Center on ************************* **. I was given a cash price for the items I wanted to purchase. I explained to the manager that I did not want to rent the Items I wanted to purchased them with the six months same as cash option. He said it would be fine and that I was able to purchase that way. He gave me a monthly price for the Items and told me that would be the price for the 6 months. I made the first months payment and discovered more money was taken out of my account without my knowledge or consent. When I called to inquire about the extra money I was told I would be refunded. I told them to instead apply it to my next months payment. When I went to make my payment, not only was I not given credit but also charged double of what was originally agreed upon. The store manager who originally set up the contract told me he made me aware of the extra charges which he did not. So I politely told them to come and get their stuff. I am insulted that they can just try to scam more money out of people. I feel like they tried to rip me off. I am disappointed that they feel like customers don't have since enough to read the contract. If he made a mistake he should have taken responsibility for his mistake and not try and put it off on me. Shame on you sir. I will NEVER do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

              Discrimination and misuse of their Product agreement, will not replace or repair, as well as mistreatment because of bills from them being paid online. "Miss *****" and "*******" Manager and employee mistreating me as a customer, and not upholding their end of the agreement for replacement even for special order. So I have a defective pair of headphones made by **** that don't work properly and they said they will not do anything about it and I'm still paying them off. almost a $1000 set of headphones. I have been doing business with them for over ****************************************************** the next month. My attorney is currently going over their agreement policy as well as the history of me buying from them. I suggest if you are being mistreated file a complaint here, then start the legal process such as getting an attorney.
