I signed papers with Southern Hills to buy my deceased Mothers house at a mutually agreed on price. After eleven days with me spending several hours getting info for title company and turning down potential buyers they decided to cancel. It may be legal, but it is not a good way to do business

We work very hard to close ever transaction we put under contract. This particular property a mistake was made by the acquisition agent when analyzing the property which was later identified. We were not able to purchase this property. We spend a lot of time, effort, and capital on each and every property we put under contract and we definitely do not want to cancel ANY contract. Our team made a mistake on this property and learned a lesson from it. We have made some changes internally to prevent this from happening in the future.Review from Mark C

Southern Hills Home Buyers bought my home in Dallas. I owned a rental property for several years until the recent storms damaged several properties. Southern Hills offered us the best deal, out of three bids. The deal was agreed on after two short phone calls and about 20 minutes tour of the house. We had the additional complexity of the home sale to Southern Hills and a home purchase on the same day. They worked with us and made the process easy and without any surprises. We closed both deals at the same closing meeting.
