    I order (1) one bottle of Healthy Nerve Support for $39.99. Before I was able to catch this company they had charge me $39.59 a month for 4 months for a NEWSLETTER. Which I didn't agree to or would I ever agree to in NEWSLETTER. TOTAL SCAM. And beside that I had a improvement with their supplement. Total joke, bottle says "Dietary Supplement" SCAM.

    I discovered late that I was being billed $39.99 monthly (9 months)for one book. Never told there was a subscription included for other things. Was told it was past the 60 days so unable to refund.Will never order from *********** again!People Beware!

    I too got billed $47 for something I didnt know I signed up for. I see three charge, one for each year for the past three years and have request to review my bank statements for the prior years before this. I do not remember signing up for this and would like my money back. Please refund all that I have been paying. This is a scam! How do I get my money back!

    Received a renewal notice today for $47. I want my subscription cancelled as I never recalled seeing anything. Letter says to call 34/7 to cancel- been on hold for 30 minutes. Tried web site but it didnt recognize my phone number ( it was on my letter!). I want this responded to *** canceled immediately. I will pursue criminal charges if not done!

    I am trying to cancel my subscription. The website, www.nhcsub.com doesn't exist. When you try to call the phone number that is supposed to be a 24 hour line, you are put on hold and no one answers. Also, the automated machine does not recognize my phone number that is listed on my renewal letter. I have no emails from this company. Please cancel my subscription. I tried canceling last year and also could not get through to anyone and was charged for it even though I thought I had cancelled it and I have never used it.

    I have been on line for an hour trying to cancel a subscription that I do not want to renew. The website will not open and I never wanted an annual subscription. I just wanted ONE book. This is a scam because I didnt receive the book I ordered. I just want out of this subscription and dont ever contact me again.

    I also received a similar letter saying I'll be charged an annual fee of $47. After reading these other reviews I'm pretty sure I don't want this whatever it is. Please cancel this charge for now and in the future

    Last year I bought a book from this company but was unaware that they also signed me up for membership and annual recurring charges. I DID NOT authorize any payments beyond the price of the book. In February of this year, I received a letter telling me that my subscription (what subscription, I didn't know I had one!) would automatically renew unless I called to cancel--well I finally got that letter a few days after the cut-off date. I called the numbers to explain and cancel, entered my phone number which the automated system claimed could not be found, yet it is clearly stated on the letter along with my email address, but with each number I called I was put on perpetual hold and no one ever answered. (With one of the numbers, I was even asked to take a survey about the customer service--oh if only I could have!!) Included in the letter was a website to cancel subscriptions which I went to and succeeded in doing AND was assured in the confirmation by Dr. Marlene that I would not be charged. Well guess what, there is a charge on my bill this month! If I had seen the terrible reviews on this company, I would have NEVER engaged with them to buy a book, receive emails, newsletters, or anything else! I would like the charge credited to my account, to be removed from any and all subscriber lists, and to receive the confirmations when these actions are taken. I would certainly appreciate any help you can provide in this matter. Thank you.

    A year ago i signed up for a one year subscription to Dr ********************** Natural health connections. I had no intention of renewing any more subscriptions .on February 09 2023, I received a letter informing me that the renewal date is on February 15, 2023. The letter is to inform me that on the 15 of February i will be charge $54 dollars. I have not authorize them to renew any other subscriptions. I have been unsuccessful reaching them. They claimed that my phone number is not recognized. I do not know how to stop them from making a charged 0n my credit card. I greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide, Thank You. ************
