They came out to my residence 5 times to service my unit. The 1st time the first tech misdiagnosed it. The 2nd time they "figured" it out, but didn't have the part on their truck that the tech literally said "we usually have the part". I come home 1 day after they "fixed it" The issue and my hvac is not working. The 2nd tech was a really nice person but after replacing my circuit board, Thermostat twice and a board on my ouside unit (All for a total of a little over $1000), my A/C is still not working. It will work for 2 or 3 days than I come home to a hot house with no AC. I have missed hrs from work 5 days over a 3 week period with them. I wish i would have read their review on BBB, i would have gone with another company Just know I will NEVER use this company again!!!!! The only reason I called because I'm holding them accountable for their work that I paid for. I would give them Zero stars if I could.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! They wanted $800- $900 to change out a part on a brand new water heater. This company is nothing but a rip off!!

They buy cheap capacitor less than $10 and charge $320 for capacitor replacement and it blew up less than a year and dont give a warranty unlike other companies. They rip off your money with no ethics.

After several years getting service from this company i finally decided to stop using them as they are complete liars just trying to get you to pay for any additional repairs that your unit does not need. Their latest was they charge me to inspect my unit that had stop working and told me my thermostat had broken down and needed to be replaced. At first the technician said they had the parts to replace them with in 24 hours, yet when i said it was still under warranty, they said the technician was wrong and needed to order the parts from the manufacture and would take several days to get it and that they could not promise that was the only thing wrong w my unit and most likely i would have additional work to be done. Ironic part is that to this date they have failed to provide me with a receipt of this evaluation charge and I am calling them out because it is my right to get a receipt for the service i paid for. This company pride themselves by putting a statement when you call for service that says that if you are not completely satisfied, they will give you your money back. Well to this day, they have neither credit me back nor send me a receipt for the false evaluation i paid for. I reported this to the manufacture because as I called another company to help me out, I quickly found out that my thermostat had no issues yet, Service experts technician had made some changes to the wirings and they had to fix them. This company went from providing decent service to just trying to rip off their customers. Every time i called back and ask why it would take so many days to repair my AC unit, their CS team was disrespectful, extremely unprofessional and with a hateful attitude. Never again.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! Dont waste your $$$$! No call, No show! Thats all they do!

I've dealt with most of the major HVAC companies in the ***************** area in attempting to replace my failed AC and Coil. I expected Honesty, Transparency, Respect, and a Written Contract that listed All The Equipment specs and Installation Tasks we had discussed and agreed upon. Out of 6-7 companies, ********************* was the Only Firm willing to do this. I've now dealt with 7 of their Employees and Every One has been Outstanding! Excellent Communication, Follow-up, and Total Commitment to 100% Customer Satisfaction. They Are THE BEST in *********** !!!

Let the buyer beware. I am a huge DIY'er. We had a leak coming from the bottom of our toilet. My wife wanted a new one so I bought one. When I removed the old toilet, I saw that the ****** was broken and the cause of the leak. I looked and ******* and determined that I did not have the tools to do the job.I looked at reviews on ****** and found that Midway had good reviews. When the service person came he looked it over and gave me an estimate of $919 for the repair. My wife told him to go ahead.After he left, I found several plumbers that generally charged around $250 for removal/installation and $145 to $195 to remove/install a new ****** - or less than half of what I was charged. I am telling everyone I know to stay away from this company.

**** and ***** from Aramendia Plumbing came on time to assess possible sewer leak. Using camera. none was found. They also changed out a faucet in a timely manner. Their prices were about what I expected and I was very pleased with their work. They were very courteous.
