      Beckett recieved my order on 10/08/2022 with submission ID #*********** recieved 2 pokemon cards and 1 LeBron card. They promissed to grade my cards and ship them back to me. I paid them a $100 for grading and shipping. They stole my cards, never provided service and will not respond to my emails.I also paid $350 for my cards.

      On August 19 2023, our 13 year old son created an account, using my name, with Beckett and using a Card that was not in his name, nor that he had permission to use, purchased a '************ **************** Report and Mobile App' for $********* and a 'Sport for Web and Mobile App Hockey' for $129.99USD. On the basis that these services were not needed, nor used at any point. Plus that they allowed a minor to open an account and purchase ********************, against their own 'Terms of Service', we immediately reached out to Beckett to have the charges reversed and the account cancelled. Initially, ****** responded and said they would call us to correct the issue. They never called. We reached out again, I had an employee tell me that they would help me and that my case was being 'escalated to the concerned team, they will get back to you at the earliest.' That last email was Oct 23 2023. We never heard anything. We have emailed the company many times since demanding a response and the continue to ignore us. We have tried calling but their numbers do not assist us in any way,

      My co-workers bought me (2) Beckett Grading Services gift cards for a total of $265.00. I don't get my cards graded so I would like to know if I can use the gift cards for Beckett Marketplace so I can purchase cards or if I am able to exchange the cards for ones from Beckett Marketplace.

      Our yearly magazine subscription was coming to an end so I mailed in a check for a new subscription. They also automatically took a payment from my account without my knowledge. When reviewing my bank account, I had both payments ($45 check and $49.95 auto payment) deducted within 2 days. When I called, I was told they have a no refund policy. I did not give permission for auto payment. Poor customer service.

      Almost 2 months ago I paid for, and mailed 3 collectible cards to be graded by Beckett. After receiving no confirmation of receipt as their email said I would when I had submitted my payment, and after they withdrew my payment from my account one month later, I sent multiple emails to their customer support team since they did not have a customer service number that didn't direct me to their email. I would like a refund of the money I paid to have the cards graded as well as all 3 cards full market value if graded as a ********************************************************************* the condition they were shipped. My submission ID is: *******. I do not have any supporting documents as their contact is through their website and not sent from my email.

      I submitted a card for grading August 23rd, 2023 and paid BGS $82.00 for a grading service. This included return shipping and full insurance through them for the full amount of the declared value of my card $700.00 in case something happened. The card was shipped back signature required and someone, not myself, signed for it and the package was never delivered. Ive reviewed the signature and it is not mine. *** sent BGS multiple emails over the months asking them to submit a claim and obtain proof of delivery, most of my emails have gone without a response. I was finally emailed back today 11/30/2023 and told that they can only refund me for my grading fee ($82.00) but will not continue to work with ***** in order to let me use my insurance that I purchased through them. I explained to them multiple times that they need to contact ***** and dispute the claim resolution and tell them the signature is not mine and dispute the claim in order for there to be a resolution through *****. At this point in time I can be approved to use my insurance through BGS. BGS never responds to me or my emails and will refuse to escalate the claim with *****. ***** will not let me file a new claim since BGS still has this claim open.I would like for them to dispute the signature as proof of delivery as it is not mine. Once this is done they can get a new resolution to the ***** claim and let me file a claim with my insurance through BGS that I paid for, for the $700 declared value of my card.

      They responded saying they could only refund me my $82 grading fee but will not do what is required with ***** to let me use my insurance I purchased through them to collect for the value of the $700 card. I spoke with ***** directly and told BGS what they need to do to get an approval on the claim so I can then file my claim with them and collect my declared value for my card, but BGS is refusing to do so and wont respond to my emails again. They just dont want to let me use my insurance because it will raise their premium with their insurance company for a claim. Despite me paying them directly to be insured for situations like this.

      I have sent out my Auto rookie card to Beckett grading service a couple weeks ago and never got a response when I emailed about the missing information on the invoice and job numbers etc. I emailed them several times and they not complying. I called them and I told them that I was not getting a response. They said I can't help you. I told them that I was reporting this to BBB they hung up.

      I recently sent in a signed photo that I purchased from the official ********************* store. The photo is signed by ***************************, Flea, and *****************************. BAS worker ******************** claimed that this photo was not authentic despite because purchased from the official store and being provided with the invoice from the official merch store. This photo cost $750 direct from the official store. *** also made it incredibly hard to actually speak to someone about this issue as there are no phone numbers to call. I asked for more details about why they came to this conclusion and they provided me with no explanation. Eventually I was able to contact *************************, a representative, and he said he would send the photo for a higher review. 2 months later with no communication on his part, after sending numerous follow **** he said the review was conducted and the result would stand. I asked for proof that this review actually occurred and the notes taken during this review and he has not provided them and has been ignoring my emails since. Furthermore, ****** claimed that bands have been flooding the market with fake autographs over the past couple of years. This is an absurd claim because if a store was to knowingly charge $750 for a known fraudulent autograph, this would be highly illegal. Beckett has refused to admit that it is possible that they have made a mistake, and have refused to refund the money for the full letter of authenticity upgraded service which I paid for and did not receive. I would like a direct apology over the phone from both ****** and *****, as well as a full refund to fix this issue.

      I sent 2 cards in to be graded. There was supposed to be a 60 day turnaround. I never received a confirmation for receiving my cards so I contacted them. They said they had them and that's how they do business. Over a month later, they sent me an email telling me I should be excited because they got my cards. After 90 days and many emails later, they finally "graded" the cards... as ALTERED. They took over 90 days to confirm the cards were altered (they aren't), and then they finally sent them back. I would steer clear of this business as they aren't concerned with customer service. They get your money and they got what they want. I believe theycaked these cards altered because I wouldn't leave them alone until someone got back to me.
