By far the most worthless so called association I have ever dealt with. A simple issue I have brought up concerning some wood damage on my condo is still an unresolved issue after 2 years of back & forth with multiple property managers giving promises to take care of it but never getting anything done nor reaching out back to me even after leaving multiple ******************* for any status.RealManage Response

Bad company, bad customer service, not professional at doing business with. They are charging $40 more just for some 2024 assignments up charge. I had schedule autopay months before the end of the year then later they take over and decide to charge more. Thats when I get a late fee each month and while we are sitting hear waiting for the board to make a decision we are now in April and guess what they wont hesitate to charge the late fees again on the 10th of this month. This company is unbelievable. I have lived here for 21 years and never had a problem until this management group took over our ***. They changed my billing and *** information when someone in my household that is not on the *** account, not on the home loan, or the title sent them a pool card waiver form to activate the summer pool card. I was not receiving any mailed statements anymore, or emails from the ***. I realized this and logged in to see what was going on and saw that I had $135 in fees and missed *** payment. I immediately paid the *** fees and disputed the fees due to them sending everything to the person that sent them a pool card waiver with an unmonitored email and that is not on the account or the home. They refused because they said they sent them to the afore mentioned email even though I told them that was not mine and never had been. I asked for escalation and they just continued to add on late fees ON THE LATE FEES, since I had paid the dues already. They then told me several times that this was escalated and the board would review. After months I went to one of the committee members in person to request a board hearing. They then waived the fees only 2 months and not all the way back to July when I first brought this to their attention as a dispute.I am having to take these guys to court and add in attorney fees, because they cannot use one bit of common sense like any normal company would. They should have waived the $135 in fees, not continue to charge until there is $400 in fees that are just fees for fees. No *************** are unpaid.Review from Amir s

Horrible Company , unprofessional and i do not understand how and why the *** board members choose to hire this company to manage after seeing all the reviews here and on google.BOARD MEMBERS PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY.They do not reply to emails or calls.they do not maintain the community , they do nothing and get paid .such a shame that you are still doing business.Review from Amber L

this company is horrible. they charge $300 a month to tell me that it will take 5-7 business days to call me back, to NOT give me the local offices phone number because they're not allowed. to say that they will TRY to have them reach out to me regarding the fence knocked over by wind, uprooted COMPLETELY from the ground, hitting my neighbors ac unit and the houses. i've put in service requests and get no word back. we've had them since january of this year. what am i paying a car payment amount for? $300 to not be allowed to have the local offices phone number.RealManage Response

If I could give 0 stars I would. They charged us more for fixing our roof ( they took out loans)but have not done so even after 1 year. They said they fix the roof in the fall but it is now winter ****. They keep brushing us off about the roof but have the time to send notices for cosmetic "violations". For the roof , if we were to move we would the remaining balance on the loan they took out to fix it even though they haven't started the jobRealManage Response

I called customer service 1-24-24 and spoke to ****** and asked her why my recurring payment for *** had not posted and why was I charged $4 interest and $10.66 late fee? She said she did not know why as everything looked correct. She then said why dont you go ahead and pay me the $266.55 for ******* and I will get you credited back the $14.66 that you should NOT have been charged. I said ok and provided my routing and account number to set up the payment. She gave me a confirmation # of ******** for payment. Now they will you not refund my money when I set my account up correctly and the system failed to work. This is totally unfair and makes me angry.I have always paid my dues on time and the system for auto payments and the management has changed a couple times over the last few years. Everything is so confusing to keep up with. Who is Hyde Park, CiraNet, ********* ************************** Real Manage, etc. and how are they all connected???Property owners like me that are trying to do the right thing and set things up correctly are getting dinged unfairly. I am proud to have an 850 credit score and pay my bills timely and still get dinged because of this confusing system you all have installed. I can only imagine that the people that are not as good with their finances are getting dinged like crazy for tons of unnecessary charges. Someone if making a killing off these fees and its just not right to make a blanket statement that we dont return fees. I have left voice mails and sent emails to ************************* and ******************************* and they will not call me back. No one will give you a direct email or phone number. They just give you a generic email to a group and the main office number where no one can help you. Now as of today, they drafted my account again the full amount so I have a huge credit on my account. Do you really think I should be happy to just let you steal money out of my pocket and now double draft me for my monthly dues?RealManage Response

We have done extensive research on ********************** account. ****************** set up an *** draft in November for his assessments and it was drafted in December. In January, there was a system-wide glitch that did not pull the *** for the period ********************** draft was scheduled to be drafted. It was noted and the drafts did post, but it was later than usual which caused the late fee and finance charges. We have waived those charges for ****************** and with his extra payment, no draft will be drafted from his account for February. In March, the draft will continue at the regularly scheduled time. We apologize for the inconvenience.RealManage Response

Just got a "pre fine violation" notice for trash in a public area that wasn't mine (they did not verify said trash despite having shipping labels and left it in the public area after ticketing me - so much for caring about the property). If the lazy employee had actually gotten out of the car (I know they did not, factually) this could've all been prevented.They showed up the day after a major storm issuing tickets to anyone they could, apparently. Very shady behavior. The actual charge was for having "litter" in my yard during public trash pickup week (the one week every 3 months the city allows you to pile trash for pickup). Trash was stacked neatly per city code.Vehicles issuing tickets are unmarked, old and somewhat run down - very questionable looking. No way to verify who they work for so I'll be calling the police in the future so they can figure it out who is taking random photos of my property. I live in a high risk area at the back of a caul de sac with most of my property open to a park, so risk of robbery is very real and I've had past issues with people attempting to break into my vehicles. I have them on 4K camera coming to my residence multiple times and taking photos that can see through my windows - without cause - no additional violations issued. The violation they did issue came presorted first class (no way to track when it was mailed) and after the point I would've started receiving fines - entirely corrupt.After I contacted said company letting them know it was bulk trash, they wrote an apology yet I caught their inspector back photographing **********-3 hours later.. I can't get any type of callback and as far as I can tell, the person in charge of my neighborhood resides in an entirely different state.The company absolutely refuses to give you any contact information for the people representing your HOA. This is a safety concern and will be treated as such from this point forward as recommended by law enforcement.
