    Found out about the work they provided by word of mouth. After they came and looked at the work I needed done, made an excellent estimate to repair my place. Kept in contact while waiting on the parts needed for the repairs, let me know when they arrived. Came and completed all the repairs needed and followed up making sure that I was satisfied with the work performed. I would give a 10 star rating if available. Now I know who to call anytime I have repairs or services needed. Thanks for all the work done!!!

    We had called SW Building and Remodeling to fix leaky windows on a new house that had been worked on by the original builder “Oak Creek”4 different times. When the owner Randy of Southwest Building and Remodeling show up, he surveyed the issue and damages done by the water leaking in and said he and his team could fix the problem. He showed me through each stage of the repairs what was wrong and what was done wrong by the previous OC contractors. During the process SBR kept the areas clean and safe after each days work. All repairs were completed and we now have no leaks to speak of. I highly recommend Southwest Building and Remodeling for repairs or building projects . We will be calling them again building our deck work . Thank you Randy for the getting the job done right where others had failed.
