As part of closing my pool for the winter, I contacted A-Quality Pool Service in October 2020 to checkout a light that stopped working. Agreed to pay $462.30 to replace complete light fixure. The serviceman had problems getting the fixure secured to the wall of the pool, but finally said he got secured. I paid the **** and finished the closing of the pool for the winter. When I opened the pool in February, I immediately noticed the light fixture was dangling from the pool wall. After several calls and leaving messages, A-Quality said they will have someone take a look at it. A serviceman finally came out on April 16, 2021. He said the fixure was ok, just needed tightened. Within a couple days, the fixture was again dangling from the pool wall. Looked closer at the fixture and there is no seal and only one s**** holding the fixture.After four months It's still not properly installed and A-Quality wants an additional $52.99.
