    In October, 2022 I hired this company to repair the foundation on my home. The foundation repair was to come with a lifetime transferable warranty. To date, I have not had any issues with the work that was performed by the company.My issue is that over a year after the job was done and I paid for it, they are now attempting to implement a change to the terms of the warranty and charge a $150.00 warranty inspection fee if there are any problems that do occur. On December 20, 2023 the business owner sent a mass email to myself and numerous other customers that effective December 1, 2023 he would be charging $150.00 inspection fee for warranty claims. This was not part of our original agreement when I hired them to do the work and if he had tried it then, I would have hired another company to do the work. This "warranty inspection fee" is unheard of with other reputable foundation repair companies. Myself and several other customers have replied to the email to say that we disagree with the change to the terms of our warranty, but there has not been any reply from the business owner.

    I Hired this company to complete a foundation job for **..As in construction permits & an inspection should be pulled before any work is performed.I paid a deposit of $1,900 the total job was $3,800 including ******************* report. (Which we still haven't received the inspection report) The foundation job was completed next day, Tech then requested to be paid balance.Which wasn't an issue, I ask Tech to send over invoice, Inspection report, and most importantly the permit. He then said he had no money to pay for the ******************* report he'll need me to pay the balance first. I stated that's not business, how would I trust you to send over the ******************* report if you have already broken the agreement with not having the docs upon completion. He was very upset, called every day, talked about my child, talked about my family, and threaten to remove he's work. (PLEASE KEEP IN MIND HE HAS A DEPOSITE). I stated several times that I'll need permit & Inspections report before issuing the balance. He then, called my tenant and threaten her demanding for payment. (UNPROFESSIONAL) Tech wanted me to change my mind about giving him the balance without permit and inspection report. Which i didn't he then file false reports on websites. stating that I' am a scam etc. looking through he's reviews I should have never done business with this company. BAD FOR BUSINESS All he had to do was provide the ******************* report!!After all the phone calls emails filing false reports on website The noise finally stop 5-6MONTHS later company provided the documents. I then told him, I'll like to check with the city to make sure your documents are not fake! which took a little over a month. Throughout that month phone calls started again & the threats Once documents was verified by the city COMPANY WAS PAID...I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN..

    *********************: You was trying to scam my company, I am very perseverant in my job and good quality, the proof is in the results, we fixed the foundation, we did a perfect job. The big drama was when you did not pay the balance at the foundation repair completion. You agreed and signed the foundation repair contract asking for city permit and engineer report, here is a fragmant of the contract that you signed ...

    "The owner understands that any engineer and/or plumbing inspection mentioned or included in this agreement shall be provided only after any amount due is paid in full. The respective inspection could be performed up to 7 labor days after payment has been made" 

    I had to pay the engineer report and city permit to see if you will pay once i had to do what you wanted not honoring what you signed. No reponse anyway!!

    I know you are upset because once you didnt pay me, I went to the house tenant to let her know that you didnt pay the balance, then she gave me the homeowners info to contact him, obviously the homeowner press you to pay me, because you never answered the phone or text messages, I was your nightmare because I called you everyday 24/7, you still ignoring me until I had to acuse you with the one that hired you, then you subcontracted my company, no worries I dont like to work with people like you.

    I never investigated who was subcontracting me.

    My questions: 

    Do RCCM GROUP CORP,  have a BBB accredited?

    Do you have a businnes office instead of a P.O. Box?

    Do you have G.L insurance?

    Why the phone numbers and social media links in your website are not working?

    Why you "company" RCCM GROUP CORP doesnt have any reviews?

    My recommendation for you: When you hire or subcontract a contractor, be sure to honor what you signed and pay what you owe not trying to delay the payment with excuses, once the job is perfect and completed.
