            GVTC company is not providing me with a proper resolution to my problem. They are requiring me to pay an extra $15/month for a Static IP service which other companies offer for free. When asked if they could waive this basic internet service right, they refused. When asked to cancel my service, they said it would cost $300 early termination fee. GVTC is a money hungry company and they don't care about the customer and have poor policies in place. I want GVTC to come to my home, activate my ethernet wall jacks and set up a static IP for absolutely no charge. These are basic internet rights and GVTC needs to fix this problem. Every call with them results in some phone rep sounding robotic and uncaring and I refuse to pay them extra for these simple things. Things that I ASKED for when the technician was installing our internet.

            Trash. ***************** Be prepared to do the work for free and pay this company anyway. Their automated system will tell you how great their customer service is buuuuttt be fair warned. Its like lit garbage. I have literally never hated a company more but thanks to ****** not having any options at all I use them. Praying to cancel tomorrow if I can actually get ahold of someone. After hauling my four year old to the bank in the rain I then spent nearly two hours on hold slash with the wrong customer service rep eighty four times. This is capitalism at its worst.
