I wanted to cancel my policy due to some unforseen circumstances; I contacted the customer service department through an online submission; I received an email the next day from *********************** instructing me on how to cancel. I did as told and never received a response from that department. I contacted ***** again and she confirmed that the request was received. I waited a few weeks and again no contact from that department so emailed ***** who responded in a timely manner confirming cancellation, the amount of the refund and when it was mailed. She was very efficient and responded quickly.Standard Casualty Company Response

I was referred to ********************* by a friend in our park. She was awesome . Was very polite and knowledgeable about questions for insurance on our trailer. Her quote was higher than my insurance company. My husband and I decided to go with ****'s quote because it gave us way more coverage for our trailer. Everything was done on the phone . The most positive experience I have ever had with a ************** Company. No hassle when we filed our claim. ****** handled our claim and was available whenever we had questions. Explained everything in terms we could understand. ***** explained the process and what we could expect. Filed the claim on 24 December 2023 during the Holidays and received the final check on 1 March 2024. Pleasure to work with their representatives. *********************** is an excellent CSR. We are quite advanced in age and in poor health. Like many senior citizens, we dont do well with online technology. ****** helped me navigate through the steps to terminate the insurance on our recently sold home, and followed up with a confirmation and wishing us well in our new phase in life.
