I received service for a broken garage door on March 2, 2022. During the service call I agreed to make a deposit of $497.50 (50% of total) for a new garage door opener. Upon researching the specific model discussed I discovered it included an accessory from the manufacturer that this business was charging an additional fee for. Further research revealed another vendor charging a lower price and including the provided accessory with no additional fee. Requested refund of my deposit the same day, March 2, 2022, and have not received that to date with no credit posted to my credit card account. I have disputed the above amount with the credit card company.Business response

It is our understanding that our customer *********************, received a refund on March 21st and there is no longer an issue.
We did attempt to make contact with the customer but have not had response at this time.
