I purchased a new construction home with Meritage Homes. 3D lawn and landscaping installed the sprinkler system. I bought and closed on the home 09/2019. Since day one I have had a water leak. Repair people were called and it was supposedly fixed. Nope. Still had the issue till this day. Now I have to turn off the sprinkler system I paid for and can’t use. Not fair. I reached out to the construction company and sprinkler system company. 3D Landscsaping is not responding well. I’m a disabled veteran on a budget. Plus being disabled has me limited on moving around in full motion. Please help. Leak. Valve container is with water inside.Business response

3-D Landscaping went to the home at ***** ******* **** on numerous occasions. Our technicians did not find any leaks. On June 10, 2021 one of our licensed irrigators met with the homeowner and inspected the irrigation system. Once again, no leaks were found. Our licensed irrigator explained to the homeowner that her yard was very shaded and took longer to dry than yards that received more sun. Also, she has some low spots in her yard that are holding water. This was explained to the homeowner by our licensed irrigator and she was in agreement with his explanation.
