D&D came and did a heater evaluation. I couldnt ask for better communication prior to the appointment or the professionalism of the technician when he got to my home. The technician was very informative and made sure he did not track anything into the house. He performed the unit inspection, checked temperatures, inspected the filters, and tested for carbon monoxide. He asked if I had any issues that I was concerned about. I told him parts of the house were warmer than others and he explained the set up of the ductwork was not creating sufficient back pressure in one part of the home. It made sense to me and were going to follow up to see what we can do. I was very happy with the companies communication and the technician they sent me.Review from Sheila M

The plumber must have gone to his truck 25 times to increase his time. He also falsely claimed he did not have a part so we would go and get it to extend his time more.Review from Tim L

Fixed our AC in half an hour, knew exactly what he was doing. Found a bad capacitor, had a replacement in his truck. Totally efficient. Very impressive.
