5 starsJust thought that the service ******* ****** gave was worthy of a review. He was exceptional. The only thing that could help would be if you gave a senior discount its tough on a limited income. The only thing that makes up for that is the service your tech provided. 5 stars** went out in middle of night. Called first thing this morning and was able to get an emergency response. Came out diagnosed problem. Part needed was on truck and was fixed within 45 minutes. Did not cost ****. Have used baker brothers in the past. Always fast friendly efficient and affordable. Will use again in the future.Review fromLuiz H

5 starsI called Baker Brothers at about 9:00 this morning, and they sent ******** ***** out a little after 10:00 a.m. He checked the breaker box, and the ** unit and found that the breaker was in compliance and said we did not need a higher amp. He made several calls to the ** company who was telling us that the city inspector said we needed a higher amp for the unit they had installed. After speaking with the city inspector it was determined that the ** company had sent pictures of the installation, but had not completed the paperwork. Also the inspector said he would not have given any indication that a higher amp was needed. We so appreciated everything ******** did to solve our problem. He was determined to see that the ** company was not taking advantage of us. Thank you for having an employee who cares for the customer!!!Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric

5 starsEvery one is kind & knowledgeable. Explains any issues to customers understanding. Customer satisfaction focused. The first time I called Bakers Bros. for help with AC problem I was i was in distress as I just found out my mother passed away in another State. The person who answered the phone was so kind. She listened to me, gave condolences & calmed me down enough so I could explain my AC issue. She was patient & treated me like a human. She was able to get someone out to help me even though it was a weekend. The issue was resolved. Because of how I was treated & my problem solved speedily I was able to leave town knowing all was well with my AC unit.Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric

They were able to come out the next day and provided great customer service throughout the experience. **** ***** was on time, informative, and left no mess. 3 starsI was discouraged with by the invoice provided. The invoice did not provide a breakdown of the cost of the service provided such as labor, materials and/or parts. Also, it was my understanding that the service fee would be waved if service was performed.Additionally, Im not sure that cutting the drain line was needed. Drain line was cleared before it was cut and it did not correct the problem of the drain line going uphill, which apparently had been working that way for at least five years.Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric

Our $39 diagnostic fee is standard for HVAC visits and is applied toward the total cost when repairs are approved. We provide upfront, lump-sum pricing rather than breaking down labor and materials separately, so our customers always know the full cost before any work begins no surprises! As for the drain line, if it's not properly sloped or secured, it can cause backup or even damage over time, so our technician acted out of caution to prevent future issues.
